I dealt with Tammy, Daniel, and Bobby. All were courteous and friendly. I know that may be hard to believe for car dealers but honestly I got a fair price. There was none of the usual haggling or pushy sales techniques. I was given a fair price for my trade in and the whole process only took about 1 1/2 hours. I will definitely go here again.

We came in after just purchasing a vehicle here a few weeks ago. The truck was great, but was just too small for us. We came back to see Dan Gallagher and he was so helpful. He was able to even trade us to another vehicle that is even better and meets our needs. Dan's customer service is way above any other salesmen we ever worked with before. Today, September 9th 2013, I had the pleasure of buying a vehicle from the Automax Dealer. Never had I ever experienced such professionalism. Auto Max can be proud of there employees. Rob the salesman who helped me with my purchase was friendly, professional, and made buying a car so less stressful then I have ever experienced. The sales manager, Cecil, came down on the price for me and even came over to let me know not to worry about anything. Don, the business manager was so organized I feel he must have been in the military like myself. He did the rest of he paperwork in such a timely manner you wouldn't believe that it only took about 10 minutes. As a veteran, I would recommend Automax to any veteran. They are truthful and fair. I was in a fiesta I hated and thought I was stuck in Rob Mancuso made sure I got into a great 2010 Chevy Malibu that I love and all the features I wanted and for 10k it was awesome deal he took care of me he even had the finance guy stay after hours to make sure I got to go home in a car I love and dump the car I hate he was great I suggest anyone go to him he will take care of you day or night!

The staff and salesperson where excellent , no hassle , easy going, no pressure and all around good dealership ! Buzz was excellent and the finance went very smooth. I would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family .

Auto max of Ocala was a great experience in purchasing my vehicle . My salesman , Drew was exceptional . I would definately buy there again, and will be the first dealer that I begin shopping at.

We contacted Automax to trade in our vehicle. We set up at time to come in and see the dealer, but on the way there our truck's back end gave out. I contacted Dan right away and told him what happened. He told us that if we could get the truck towed to them, then they would pick us up and help us trade in our truck for another vehicle. When we arrived there, Drew picked us up and took us on a test drive. Both Dan and Drew were very nice and helpful. We were able to trade our vehicle in and got another vehicle that is in excellent condition. We will most definitely come here first when we are looking for another car. They both are customer centered and they went above and beyond any other car dealer we have ever looked at.
