I went to Automax in Ocala due to a recommendation and it could not have been any better. The moment i stepped in, Dan took charge and assisted me with every little detail i had done my research on, plus a bunch of extras that facilitated the trade-in of my old vehicle. The kindness i was shown by the staff at the location moved me and helped me go through the process smoothly. The conditions of their cars are beyond amazing, the one i got only had one key, so they made me an appointment the very next day to have a copy made. Financials was on point with everything and crystal clear about all the paperwork to be signed. If you're out looking for a great place to buy, sell or trade-in a car, this is the place for you. 3 of my friends are currently working on doing business with them after the experience i had. All the good things i can say about Automax Ocala will fall short, but dont take my word for it. If you need a car, go to them and see for yourself. The lobby is impecable, the restrooms are sparkling cleand and whoever is in charge of the music there has a playlist full of absolute bangers. If i'm ever in need to do car business, this will be my place to go. Thank you to all the staff at the location and a special shoutout to the great Dan for making it happen, could not be happier with ny purchase.

Our sales person Haley was amazing. Even with a hiccup after purchase they still are working to fix the problem even after purchase. Haley did not pressure and listened to what we wanted. When calling with the issue after leaving and on our drive home, she and her manager didn’t hesitate to listen and fix it.

Customer friendly, courteous staff. Ben was very caring and went far beyond in getting me the best deal for me. Finance manager very helpful. Not pushy and cared for my needs in a reassuring manner. Highly recommended.

From start to finish a great experience some minor differences but they were all resolved with common grounds, over all a great buying experience.
