I just wanted to say how impressed I was wit the sales service provided by Andres Gonzales. I went to Automax based on the advise of a co-worker and really need a car that served my mileage needs while being a reliable, sizeable vehicle. I started with a smaller car and ended up with a mid-size SUV that exceeded my expectations. Andres kept a laid-back demeanor and helped me sift through 3 cars until the right one was found. I also applaud financing for securing an option that met my budgetary needs based on my credit score. Additionally, the closing paperwork was literally a few minutes. Outstanding job. Those guy make me get a flight from jersey to Florida and hours before to go I get a text message not a call, telling me the car was sold already . B Jackson you are an as*** also they were charging me more than $1500 on taxes and documentation fees. Stay away from this people.

Dave L. seemed to be knowledgeable about every car on the lot. He was personable and polite. I’m glad he let me test drive 4 or 5 cars before making my decision. He is truly an asset to the AutoMax team and I will recommend your outfit because of him.

Everyone was exceptionally nice. They don't chase you down like other dealerships. We told them what we were looking for and what payments we wanted. They never tried to push us into a vehicle we were not interested in. We highly recommend them. Be sure to ask for Charles. He makes you feel like family.

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from the ocala Automax. David Ditty was our sales person and he was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. He went above snd beyond even after the sale was complete to make sure we were completely satisfied.

The salesman came to my work with the vehicle for me to test drive it, which I appreciated very much. Once I got the facility to sign paperwork everything was smooth and easy. My salesman was great to work with and followed up the next day to make sure everything was ok. Great customer service!!

We went to Automax in Ocala, FL looking for a car we saw online. The car was there and looked fantastic. Billy Hart came out to help us out and he was extremely polite and helpful. He was patient and very friendly as well. We met the floor sales manager who was also very nice. We weren’t sure if we were going to buy the car so we left. The manager called me later the same day with new offer we couldn’t let go. Therefore, we returned the next day and made the purchase. The process was fast and easy. We had never been there before but we will return when there’s a need.
