I had a great experience shopping for my new Cherokee Trailhawk. They even helped me get out of my lease that I was over in miles on!

They posted price on here of $58,900 and when working out deal it was really $67297. Typical dealer trap to get you in. Wasted a lot of time for nothing.

They sold me a pile of garbage, plain and simple. They left out that it didn't have heat, had a blown head gasket, and had internal engine damage from said gasket. It was smart of Jake the salesman to drive the truck around the lot first. It allowed that thick as sludge they poured into the engine to quiet it down as I test drove it. Next morning, it was knocking like crazy on a cold start. Matt got in touch we me on Saturday saying that they'd make it right... On Monday that suddenly went out the window because Pat told me "tough xxxx" I signed paperwork. Even though it very clearly isn't listen in their "assessment". Typical shady xxxxhole dealership, don't come here.

Awesome experience buying my RAM 1500 from Champion! Sean our sales rep was honest, down to earth, easy going. He saved me money on insurance, got me a great rate for financing my truck, and overall made the experience great! Wish all sales guys were like Sean!

I contacted them while at East Lansing to get a recall fixed for my daughter's car who is in college there. There were accommodating with my tight schedule, their customer service was outstanding and the cherry on top: they washed the jeep. Definitely I would recommend this dealership's service based on my great experience and also what I saw transpired while at the waiting area (which by the way, was very clean and comfortable). Ten stars to you guys.

First thing you should say when looking for a car here is I WILL NOT PAY YOUR GLASS ETCHING FEE, IT IS A SCAM SO DONT SLIDE IT IN ON THE PRICE THINKING I WONT NOTICE. These people are crooks, and rude, and I really dont know how they go home and live with themselves at the end of the day.

I went into Champion to see what the pricing was on a Grand Cherokee. My salesman, Loren, sat down and we talked for about a half an hour about what I did. my family, etc. and then the Jeep. I was so comfortable that on the test drive, I told him that we needed to go back and talk numbers. He came out with the offer and it was about $50 less a month than I had anticipated. Needless to say, I left the dealership in my new Jeep and have referred several friends to go and see him about their next new car. Champion management, I enjoyed my time with Loren and will back for another new Jeep in a few years.

I recently experienced a failure of the oil cooler, and it required urgent attention. CC's service representative, Phillip, somehow manage to fit me into that day's schedule. The diagnosis was completed that afternoon and though a part had to be delivered from Chicago, the repair was completed the next day. Phillip kept me informed of the situation with frequent updates. I was completely satisfied with the level of service from this dealership and in particular the service rep I worked with.

These people are the xxxx of the earth. Champion fraudulently and intentionally changed my contract without my consent, stealing my trade-in car and cheating me out of several thousand dollars. After offering me $2000 for my trade-in, and us all accepting that term both verbally and written, they changed the value to $1.00 on my paperwork. When confronted, they stated that this was a “better deal” for me as I “would have had to pay sales tax” on the trade-in (for the record, sales tax < interest on this loan, so no, it’s not a better deal). I was then asked by their finance “director” Melanie, “Would that make you feel better about yourself?” I was also told by their assistant manager Pat that I should “learn to listen to [him]” as I attempted to explain the complete lack of legal ground on which they changed my trade-in dollar amount. Never in my life have I been treated with such indignity and disrespect. This is an intentionally fraudulent move that dealerships will make to cover the cost they pay to banks/lenders to make up for selling cars WAY above prime or with insane terms. When a dealer shows a trade, be it $1.00 or the ACTUAL agreed upon value, they are then able to receive a HUGE fee break from the lender. And, of course, to finish it all off, one of their employees sexually harassed me while I was there.

Phil spent the extra time to make some phone calls and help me with my cracked windshield. Him along with his team always go the extra mile to help me out. Thank you!!!
