Beware of dings and dent coverage of lease
Lied about ding and dent coverage I bought on a 2019 Jeep. Lied to and insulted! Was told it would get fixed then told no.

2014 dodge grand caravan rt
I attempted to purchase a caravan for advertised price.... offered 13,000 plus tax and plate, total about 13,800, lo and behold.... they show me the billing with another 2100 tacked on.... I said what's this..... owe its repairs we have done to the van, we have to be compensated for. I said I am not paying the additional money for repairs .. (what repairs? The bad front end body work that's not on carfax) no thank you.... in my opinion they are crooks and still have car listed at same 13,700.... giving car salesmen a bad reputation, one lost sale at a time...

Service Department Needs Help
Even with a scheduled appointment, something as simple as an oil change takes almost 2 hours. Grand Ledge Ford can do it in half an hour, with a more friendly and accommodating staff.

Overpriced
We attempted to buy a newer Jeep Grand Cherokee with not much of a spending limit. All of the ones we looked at were very nice, but overpriced for what they were. They make you think they’re the only ones selling Grand Cherokees when the reality is, they’re everywhere!!! They wouldn’t work in the price so we went elsewhere and bought the same exact vehicle, with fewer miles, but for nearly $5000 less. Don’t fall for their tactics. We didn’t and it saved a big chunk of money, but if you have money to burn senselessly, I’m sure Champion Jeep in Lansing can help you do just that.

Champion Jeep Lansing #1
This is the 3rd Jeep I have bought from Champion and they are the best. After being hit by a lady that ran a red light and rolled my Jeep Patriot that I walked away without a scratch the sales staff and finance dept went above and beyond and helped me find my replacement. Great Job too all the staff

What a great place to buy a car!
I went into Champion to buy a new Jeep. While I am always on guard when I car shop, this time it was a completely different experience. I was greeted by Loren and from the start, was at ease with him. He told me that it was important that we found the right car and had fun doing that. He was right, it was fun and I did find the car I wanted. Everybody made sure that I was taken care of and I felt that they really appreciated me purchasing my car from them. Thank you Loren for a great experience, Todd and Eric. I will be back again.

Confused
I was contacted by a sales person who I had worked with in he past, he let me know if I had a down payment I we could continue our business and get me into a car. I showed for my appointment only to be told I was missed in booking and could I return another day. I was then called that day by the sales person and told what i need to get into a car again. I did a online app and waited, next day I was told I had to get certain papers together to see if I qualified, understandable, and I did in short I spent a week getting together all the paper work I was asked to get on Thurs March 1,2018 I had all the paperwork and was told on Friday I would be contacted and brought in to finish paperwork and look at cars. After spending a week doing all this I was never contacted back, just dropped with no explanation. I had asked the saleperson if working with me was a problem please let me know. I was informed all was well just needed to get me financed. Still nothing, I very disappointed cause I wasted a week with this person, when I could have went to another dealership and the fact in the past he had been helpful and had even reached out to me. What happened after that I don't know , but it would have been nice to received a call back or anything this wasn't professional at all. Please in the future good or bad news stay in touch with your customers and don't waste their's and your time if you can't work with them. .
