Auto Haus of Yorktown

I've been buying cars since 1964 and I've bought a lot of cars. This was one of my best experiences with a dealership. The salesman Chai was great and well knowledgeable about the car I bought. The sales manager Jack was excellent and Dale in finance was also great to deal with. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I've used Auto Haus Yorktown to service my cars for the last 15 years and went to the Williamsburg location to purchase a used Mercedes. Brian Tate (sales manager) and Kevin Dodd (business manager) were wonderful to work with and buy the car from. I can't recommend Auto Haus for both sales and service highly enough! It's nice to by from a locally owned business that treats their customers with respect and supports the community.

I went to Auto Haus to look at the vehicles, but it was the sales team that made me purchase a vehicle from them. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and willing to help me find the right vehicle. My salesman Chai was very professional, knowledgeable and understanding. He explained EVERYTHING about the car to me. Most of all they kept my payments at a reasonable number $$$ and I got a dynamite warranty on the vehicle.

After buying multiple cars from these guys, I wouldn't go no place else, outstanding customer service, great selections. And the quality of each vehicle is mercedes quality as it should be.

We looked all over Hampton Roads, Tidewater and northern Va. We started at Autohaus and ended there. It was a no hassle experience. Our saleman, Tim Kickert was amazing and made the process simple, relaxing and quick. He's a winner on the sales floor and in the gym.

In March 2016, I was looking for a very particular car, which I found at Auto Haus of Yorktown, VA. Living 3 hours away in the Washington, DC area, I conducted all of my pre-purchase transactions remotely. Upon arrival, I found the car was EXACTLY as it was described online, and the dealership was extremely helpful in finding me an interest rate that was lower than even my credit union was offering. The staff could not have been nicer (even sent me an email wishing me a happy birthday almost a year later) and the process of completing the paperwork went quickly. Though I don't live in the area, I can guarantee I'll be talking to them the next time I need to purchase a car! They're just great to work with!!

My experience with Auto Haus from start to finish was great! The representative was diligent in finding the perfect car for me and was very informative throughout the entire process. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with this company.

On Friday (2/3/2017), I called to ask about a car that Autohaus had in online ads. I live in Pennsylvania and the car was at the Autohaus Yorktown, VA location. I was connected to Chai Douanglee who worked several hours answering all of my questions about the condition of the car, sending me text pictures of specific areas I wanted to see, researching the service history that was available on the car and proposing my offer to his manager. We agreed to terms and I told him that I would like to pick up the car on the following day, Saturday. I took an early train to Williamsburg where Chai had someone from the dealership pick me up and bring me to Yorktown Autohaus. The car was impeccably prepared for delivery. Chai gave me time to examine the car in my own time frame and then suggested a route for my test drive. Everything was as I had been told. Diana in the finance office had all of the papers ready and waiting for an out of state purchase. With all of their attention and efficiency, I was able to leave the dealership early Saturday afternoon, which was less than 24 hours from my initial contact. I was home in Pennsylvania by 10pm. I even received a text from Chai asking if I had gotten home safely! I have owned over 35 cars in my 46 years of driving and this was the most pleasant and efficient buying experience I have ever had. I told Chai to expect my calls every year or two, because I tend to change cars often and have no desire to deal elsewhere.

My experience was the easiest car buying experience ever. My sales person Chai Douanglee was pleasant , and went above and beyond to have the vechicle ready for a test drive . We had time constraints , and they worked with us to get out the door in a reasonable time. The finance manager also went above and beyond to help. I found them professional and would recommend them to anyone looking for a luxury car.

The staff here is excellent! Chai D helped me with my purchase. I love my new 135i!
