Auto Haus of Yorktown

My wife and I had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Auto Haus. Our salesman, Dale, was absolutely fantastic. Since we were unexpected shoppers, looking for a car after an accident, we didnt know what we wanted. Dale took the time and was able so show us several different makes and models that we hadnt even thought about. Finally, when we settled on the car we wanted Auto Haus didnt have it on the lot, but their preferred buyers program actually found the exact make, year, model, interior, exterior, mileage and features we wanted. Buying a used car couldnt have been easier and we could not be happier with our purchase!

This being our second car purchase at Auto Haus in Yorktown, the total experience from the moment my wife and I arrived until we departed with our purchased auto was phenomenal! Sales Consultant Chai Douanglee is simply the best! He's genuinely a really, really nice person, which is clearly evident as he expertly and patiently navigated us through the car-buying process. Absolutely no pressure; so knowledgeable. And it didn't end there....Madam Diana, who processed our application, worked so hard to get us the best interest rate with our lender. She's a real treasure! The entire staff was pleasant and courteous -- no put-on! As a career public affairs specialist, I know a lot about the art of word-of-mouth endorsements. Auto Haus in Yorktown as certainly earned and deserve my word-of-mouth endorsement!

My buying experience with Auto Haus was outstanding ! my salesman Dale is a class act :) he did what he said he would do he was able to find a lender to finance my recent purchase and make a dream come true of owing a classic Mercedes Benz . I am so please pleased of the out come that I intend on returning to acquire a classic convertible .

Have been a customer for over 15 years. Spent tons of money in repairs and buying cars. Last 2 incidences I will never go back to this dealership ever again. Bought a Jaguar Convertible car has been having issues since the day I bought it still waiting to get a piece replaced that they broke in one of the repairs that has been done (Supposedly they can't find it, if I was paying for it I bet they could find it), with no communications. Wasn't going to write this review but I thought I would give Auto Haus and the sales person. Big mistake. Went and looked at a car had a few issues with it. Told them I wanted to buy it but wanted the issues looked at. He agreed and then the next thing I know after I had not heard back from the sales person the car was sold!!! Service department does make mistakes several over the years however this last incident and the ongoing one with the Jag I will never darken their door and I suggest you do the same.

We have dealt with Auto Haus for our last 3 cars including the most recent, a 2013 Mercedes C 250. We have always been more than satisfied with their performance on maintenance and with the quality and prices of their vehicles. I do my homework and when I researched late model Mercedes I found no one in our area (Hampton Roads) or even as far as Washington DC that was as good a deal on either of the vehicles, GLK350 or C250, that were considering. Their attention to detail in the whole process was impeccable. We were very pleased with our purchase, with the vehicle and we have always been very pleased with their maintenance department on previous vehicles. This Mercedes was for my wife, but when my car is due for replacement, we will be back at Auto Haus.

I had such an amazing experience with Auto Haus! I had a specific vehicle and price in mind and my salesman, Chai, took the time to meet all of my needs. He even took the extra step of driving to where I was located to sell me the car! I was able to get a complete feel of the car by taking a test drive and he answered all questions that I had. I can't explain how grateful I am for his service and there is no question that I will be back in the future! Thanks Again Auto Haus!

This is the best place to buy a vehicle in the Yorktown Tidewater area!! We received great customer service attention to detail and it felt like we were dealing with our family!!! Chai Douanglee was our sales representative and did a fabulous job ( honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and great at follow up)!!! Also the finance department was wonderful in dealing with the paperwork, title and registration. As the first used car I've bought in almost 20 years, I was very pleased with my experience at Auto Haus. The salesman, Chai, was low pressure and helpful. I found the other people I came in contact with equally helpful and engaging. They were up-front and open about getting me the information I was looking for regarding the car I was interested in to bring the sale to fruition. I would certainly recommend Auto Haus to anyone interested in buying a clean, used German auto.
