I visited and spent several hours with Dale who provided great service and advice throughout my appointment and purchasing experience. Drove my new car home that day - and glad that I did! I have been looking for an Audi for a while (only maker I've ever owned), and they had the perfect one. I drove off the lot the very same day, thanks to Chai and Diane. Although I arrived there before closing it did not stop them from providing the most professional experience one can expect. I will come back here whenever it is time to upgrade! Tim and Jack were great to work with during my car buying process. The car was ready for a test drive when we got there for out appointment. They were very friendly and low key while working with us. The civic was acquired by them very recently so it needed a state inspection and wash. We took it back couple days to get it done. They did an awesome job with the wash and even cleaned the carpets -- much more than what I expected!

If you know what you want and are seriously looking for a great used German manufactured car, Auto Haus is the place to go! I had been looking for a BMW convertible, preferably a hardtop model since I'd had one before and really liked that feature but I was keeping an open mind, and not having much luck. A friend recommended I check out Auto Haus in Yorktown, Virginia which had a really nice 135i convertible for sale. I called ahead and made contact with Vince Frazier in sales, a really nice guy. Test drive the 134i, it was very nice but too small fir my taste. Also drove a cherry 2011 428i convertible in blue but the color was not what I really wanted. Vince explained that Auto Haus offers acar finding service called "iFind", you give them the description of exactly what you want and a fully refundable $500 deposit, and they will search the country to find the right car. About a month later Vince called to tell me they think they had found "my" car. He sent me an email with photos and specs for my approval. Once I told him I was interested, they bought the car and brought it to that dealership. What a beautiful, perfect car! A 2014 BMW 435i in mint condition and low miles. I couldn't be happier! Turns out that the owner, Mr. Hans Hohlrieder, is the buyer for the dealership and personally selects only the best of what's available in the dealership network for his customers! As we were finalizing the deal, Mr. Hohlrieder came out to meet me and thank me for my business. Bottom line; I have an amazing car at a price well below what I would have paid anywhere else for the same car! I couldn't be happier. I strongly recommend you check Auto Haus out if you are interested in a German used car. I suggest you ask for Vince Frazier when you call too.

We just took my 16 year old daughter to Auto Haus to get her first car. This makes three generations that have been buying from Auto Haus for over 30 years. We have always gotten quality cars (like only ones they would buy for their own familes) for fair prices. They stand behind their service and provide loaner cars when needed (a big deal to me when I'm traveling from the OBX to get work done). They have gone the extra mile to find me the exact type of car I wanted. We love Tony, Diane and the entire professional team that treat us like family. I'm sure next time we walk through their doors we will buy something else. It just seems to always happen even if we are not in the market for a new car.
