Chai Douanglee was my sales contact at Auto Haus. From the moment I contacted him online to the final transaction, he was very professional and responsive. There is absolutely no high pressure sales with Auto Haus. I felt like they had my best interest in mind. Their selection of used cars is impressive and the prices are reasonable. The staff here is incredibly helpful and reliable. They worked with us in every possible way, including bringing the car to our home after purchase. When I took the car to an independent mechanic to check it over prior to purchase, he stated that he would be stunned to find anything wrong with a car being sold by Auto Haus. In fact, he found absolutely nothing to complain about with the car. We will be moving out of state soon, but will seriously consider shopping here anyway in the future. It would be worth the peace of mind to know that we would be buying a solid car from a reputable company, even with the long drive back to Florida! This is our second purchase from Auto Haus. Chai was very good, answered questions and found out answers. Negotiations were easy and no pressure. After visiting at least 11 other dealers, I am glad we found these guys. We bought an older vehicle but we were treated just as well as if it was a new one.

We needed a new car quickly and since I had owned Mercedes previously I convinced my husband to consider buying one to replace our Audi. We found what we were looking for in a 2008 E class in Yorktown and the process was smooth as silk from there. Our salesperson, Chai was thorough and informed. There were minor repairs that needed fixing including a new windshield and he got it all done in less than 24 hours. The financing was smooth and we left feeling that we were very well taken care of. We've purchased two cars from Autohaus in Yorktown, in the past three years. There was no pressure from the sales staff, and they simply wanted to make sure we got the car we wanted and were happy with our purchase. After buying each car, Austin and Chai each took plenty of time to go over all of the knobs and buttons, adjustments, and options that were in each car. Although we found the exact car we wanted for my wife, they have a program where, for a small deposit, they will search the country to get the exact car you want, and have it delivered! Both instances were actually pleasant and enjoyable, and we won't go anywhere else to get our cars, from now on! They have a great selection of like-new cars and the prices are all very reasonable.
