Originally I was pleased with the car buying process here. However after purchasing a used Landrover from Auto Haus, the vehicle already has had to have $700+ service repair. It’s also been over 2 weeks and they have yet to pay remaining balance to my trade, and also still waiting on tags. In addition I financed through one of their vendors, and have yet to receive any information from the bank? I have sent Chase my sales rep multiple emails, and text messages inquiring on the above questions. No response! I reached out to Austin Slotan the General manager, and no response from him either. This whole experience went from positive to negative quickly which is unfortunate because simple follow-up is all I have asked. Very poor customer service.
