This is the 6th Mercedes Benz I have purchased from Autohaus. I found their salesman Tony Muller to be the most knowledgeable of his product of any sales person with whom I have dealt in my 55 years of car buying. That’s and the quality of their products is why I keep returning.

Great Quick Service

I stumbled across this dealership by looking for a vehicle on CarFax and what I saw made me want to look into it for myself. When I arrive at the place, I was amazed by how organized and welcoming the place was. I met with Chase Boyer and he was very professional and courteous. I did not spend a lifetime at the place and I did not feel as though the vehicle was forced on me. I actually test drove the vehicle twice before I made my decision. I was disappointed that the vehicle that I drove up from Chesapeake, VA to see was sold, but there were others on the lot that I saw. I found one that was a different color, but it took some getting used to. I usually buy my vehicles from a new car dealership but in this case I was willing to make an exception. Job well done Chase. Now lets see if the product will out perform the service.

A great place to buy a car
From the moment I first contacted Auto Haus, their response was prompt, courteous, and helpful. The vehicle I bought, a rare BMW, was a consignment sale, and our salesman Brandon worked with the car's owner to quickly secure a deal. I had a few requests for some additional photos and information, which I received the next day, and were exactly what I wanted. Disappointed In Lack of Communication
Contacted dealership through CARS.COM requesting additional photos of a Mercedes CL 550 due to the dealership only uploading the window sticker and their dealership advertisements (no actual photos of the vehicle - poor marketing), and immediately was sent the "auto response" email from the dealership. Chris Bryant followed up to my request for vehicle photos by sending a link that provided multiple error messages when accessing, and no actual vehicle photos. When I directly reached out to Chris Bryant, I NEVER HEARD BACK after letting him know the link was inoperable, and I still would like to see the vehicle, or requested if they could be informative enough to let me know if it has sold. After doing additional research on my own, it appears now the vehicle may no longer be available, as it is removed from their websites all together, and the sales rep. WILL NO LONGER RESPOND TO ATTEMPTS OF COMMUNICATION. I own a business myself, and find this to be a lack of effective follow-up, and dismissive all together, especially in times where businesses should be putting out the effort to maintain good customer contact, and making relationships to gain more business!
