Ruth Stephanson and Chris Bassett were absolutely first...

Ruth Stephanson and Chris Bassett were absolutely first rate. We had researched and driven the Ford Escape at several dealerships to narrow down the potential candidates for a new car. Grappone Ford was selected because it had the largest inventory of Escapes in the area. We were assigned to Ruth who was articulate, professional, knew her product, and extremely helpful without the pressure of making a sale. Having made our decision on what to purchace (which include Toyota, Honda, and Lexus), and having a price range that included a trade-in, Ruth costed the Escape several ways and with several payment plans. Ruth and Grappone met us half way on the trade-in which was reasonable and fair. There was no need to belabor that discussion. Ruth stayed with us until the end describing the salient points of all the features on the new Escsape. This included several futile attempts to synch our Blackberry to the car. Ruth finally did it! In the process, Ruth coordinated with Chris Bassett in the finance department. Chris was extremely accommodating by providing several payment options and patiently explaining each plan and what was included. His personal experience helped our decision process by offering pros and cons of each plan and the resulting extended warranties and service packages. Chris persistently searched for the best payment plan for us and was able to save an additional percentage point which as lower than our already low credit union rate. All in all, this has been one of the easiest, most pleasurable, and hassle free car purchases ever.

I will write another review after my new 2012 Mustang is delivered. I have to say though that this has been a great experience thus far! I had been shopping around 12-15 dealers in Massachusetts for the best price and had emailed everyone asking for their best offers. Within the first 24 hours Kristina contacted me with an amazing price! The other 12-15 dealers did not even respond to the email. I sent a second one letting them know A dealership had offered me a specific price, it was so good it must have scared them away! :-) You want no hassle, no BS shopping minus the tricks and games then you need to start here first and save yourself a lot of time. You guys are great and kudos to Kristina for her great response time and customer service!

I started with the internet department which identified several Ford Rangers in inventory which matched my specifications. I visited for a test drive and was greeted by a knowledgeable, capable and pleasant sales consultant who answered my questions and was able to complete the sale with trade-in within a couple of hours. Excellent experience!

Folks I had visited other Mazada dealers in New Hampshire...

Folks I had visited other Mazada dealers in New Hampshire to buy a new CX-7, however once I stepped into this dealership it was clear that they are the best. They didn't waste my time with any of those stupid sales tricks(how much can you afford?) and they got down to where the rubber meets the road which is how much do you want for your trade and how do you want to pay for the new vehicle. After a few back and forths on the trade amount we came to and agreement which I could live with and the deal was done. I also like the Grappone benefits such as free tires for my car as long as I serviced it there, 100K powertrain warranty, free oil changes(after 5 ior 6) and all the other free benefits they give all customers. Also I bought the service package at a discount for all oil changes and scheduled services up to 60K miles. A great deal if you think about how much you actually spend on this stuff. I definitely recommend Grappone Ford/Mazada to anyone, ask for Scott Brannen by name he really gets it. I promise you won't be disappointed.

I was in the market for a new Ford Fiesta and contacted...

I was in the market for a new Ford Fiesta and contacted most of the Ford Dealerships in New Hampshire. I had decided to choose Grappone because of a friends referal and I am so happy I did. The Fiesta, the model I wanted, is hard to find now in this area. I was so worried I wouldnt be able to get the car I wanted but Grappone pulled it off! The price was great, the warranties great...everything about this transaction went smoothly, without pressure. I couldnt be happier. This car was a big purchase for me, a brand new car is something I haven't had in ages. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and that is something I appreciate the most. Outstanding customer service! I had all the information I needed from their website so that I walked into the dealership with knowledge about the car and what they had to offer.

I had a really good experience. I would have liked it better if the paper work could have been completed faster. I'm pretty sure that isn't your fault. Overall I enjoyed doing business with you. PS I'm having fun with the car!

My girlfriend and I went to the dealership to look at the Ford Escape. We started on the lot walking around and within a few minutes, John was outside showing us everything there is to know about the Ford Escape. After a thorough demonstration, he brought us inside to see what our trade-in vehicle was worth and what types of financing we could get. After a little negotiation, we decided to buy the Escape. John was able to get us a great price for our current vehicle as well as a great finance rate. I was very pleased with the care we received from John. He was very personable and friendly. I'll definitely be buying my next vehicle from him!

Our experience was excellent! We had been there before...

Our experience was excellent! We had been there before looking, and Dacre remembered us, so he helped us again. Well he did such a great job!! He got together with the finance guy (originally from upstate NY - can't remember his name) and both of them worked so hard to get us an EXCELLENT package deal!! It came together perfect, we loved the car, and we drove away with it within a couple hours! It was so terrific & so fast!! Thanks to Grappone for such a terrific experience! The sales consultant we worked with, Scott Brannen was a...

The sales consultant we worked with, Scott Brannen was a great guy. He was totally prepared for our meeting and got us out to the car to test drive it as soon as we got there. Initially we had thought we were going to buy a slightly different model that was still being shipped, but once we heard how long it would be until it got there we decided to buy the last model that they had on site. He worked quickly to make this happen and get the car ready. I would happily buy another car from Grappone, or Scott again.
