Our last purchase was a Ford Explorer, 8 years ago at the...

Our last purchase was a Ford Explorer, 8 years ago at the same dealership. We hold on to our vehicles, so we were looking for something that will have a good life. When we got to Grappone this morning, we met Dacre and from the beginning, we were up front, told him what we were looking for and that we had done our homework. Dacre answered questions, and gave us the right amount of time to think over what we were about to do. It was down to two different vehicles, and again, he gave us time to discuss what we wanted, when we were ready, he was able to make the deal happen. Paperwork was pretty quick, everyone was very friendly during the whole process. Once the purchase was made, Dacre went over the car information with us, showed us the features it has, and helped to set up Sync functions in our new Ford Fusion. We are very happy with the events of the day, and smiled the whole way home because I love my new car! Certainly would recommend the dealership!

I have purchased 6 new Ford vehicles in 10 years. All...

I have purchased 6 new Ford vehicles in 10 years. All were from other dealerships and the process was ok at best. Usually expectations are met when you work your deal and take delivery of the vehicle. Job done...sometines not that well. At Grappone Ford, my expectations were exceeded in many ways. The buying process was easy and for the first time ever, actually kind of fun! Diana was great to work with. She is very knowledge and attentive. Bob, the GSM was also great to work with. I look forward to doing business with Grappone Ford again in the future.

The dealership, and in particular, Ruth Stephenson, went out of their way to find the exact match for the model of Ford Escape that I wanted. Not only did they have to reach out of the state, they did so overnight, had a trailer hitch installed and delivered it to me the next day. They were extremely flexible in negotiating a trade and were sincerely obvious in wanting my business and my satisfaction. The many perks at Grappone, such as the no charge 100,000 mile powertrain warranty, really make this a dealership worth the drive from Vermont.

I wanted to take a minute, to say that I was very pleased with the help I received from John, in helping me through every step in purchasing my truck.He arranged for my test drive, got the truck cleaned and ready to go, paper-work ready, truck fueled, and was on my way. ask for Diana!!! most pleasant preowned purchase experience i've ever had!! very friendly, very helpful, very gracious... i would recommend anyone to visit grappone and talk with diana, you'll be glad you did!! grappone put me into a company loaner while a few service items were taken care of in the shop... such a nice gesture, which cost me the gas i used and tolls to get to grappone!! ;) i'll go back next time in a heartbeat

Purchasing this vehicle was a very positive experience. Diana Dutcher is friendly and very knowledgable about Ford cars. She went with me on test drives so that she could answer my questions as they arose. In her office she acquainted me with Grappone Ford and what benefits I could expect in doing business there.

Diana was quick to approach us as we were looking in the...

Diana was quick to approach us as we were looking in the lot, then she graciously backed off when we asked to speak to someone we know..when they were not there she again graciously offered to take us on a test drive of any of the vehicles we were interested in trying..she was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and listened to what exactly we were looking for as far as features..she then suggested a test drive in the new 2012 Ford Focus and told us about all of the amenities this model has. We went home and thought about all the choices and upon returning to the dealership after two days, we are now the proud owners of a wonderful new 2012 Ford Focus.. Diana was extremely attentive, pleasant, friendly and anxious to meet any need we had and any question we had..would definitely do business with her any time in the future and would ask for her by name. Fast, efficient, courteous service was supplied by her and she even took us on a tour of the service department to make sure we knew where everything was located. Felt very comfortable and at home with all those attending our needs.

I went into this dealer last week. I was interested in a...

I went into this dealer last week. I was interested in a new 2010 Explorer that was listed. I was taken outside to look at the Explorer, but I was never asked if I would like to take it for a test ride. We went back into the office, where I noticed a beautiful Ford Flex in the showroom, that was it, I was in love! I inquired about the vehicle, where the response I got back was "Miss that's a forty thousand dollar car your looking at." The salesman gave me the numbers for my trade and monthly payment, he never tried to work with me. He acted as if I had no business even taking up his time. I also asked about the Mazda CX-9. Big surprise same response, "that's about thirty six thousand". The man assumed my budget was twenty nine thousand, the price of the Explorer, and even if it was that's a lot of money, and I should have been shown some respect. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone!! The only good thing I can say is, I was in and out of the dealership very quickly. I guess he had somewhere else to be. Well in the end, I made another dealership and salesman very happy, when I purchased my Brand New Ford Flex at Unique Ford in Goffstown!!

Excellent dealership. Experienced, knowledgeable super accommodating sales associate willing to go the distance to ensure complete satisfaction. Sales manager also terrific and very nice. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Ford, Mazda or other used car.
