I enjoyed meeting and building a relationship with Sarah Reilly, and how responsive David and Bob were to my questions and needs.

My service person gave me the time it would take and he hit the number so I knew how long my wait would be.

Everything went as planned, everone was friendly and the waiting area was clean with pleny of seating.I bought my truck from Grappone, and even though I live over an hour away I still bring it back to be serviced here.

Everyone at Ford is willing and anxious to help you, regardless of what department they are in. There is absolutely no pressure and I feel I can trust grappone and their employees to do the best for me the very 1st time around. I honestly feel like I am part of the family there.

The ability to wait for my vehicle while it is being serviced and the convenience in scheduling service over the phone.

they do great work but Ford needs to fix that automatic 10 speed transmission, it shifts without any need!! Please retrofit! This is on my 2020 F150.

The waiting area is clean, the service staff are polite and helpful. My service was done quickly. I was given estimates for tires and encouraged but not pushed to purchase.

Found a bolt in my tire. Service was able to schedule my truck for repair that afternoon. Service rep checked the tire to confirm repair was possible when I arrived. Quick turnaround for a reasonable price - thanks!
