Will at Sullivan Auto Trading you have done it again. This our 4th car we have purchashed from Sullivan Auto Trading. We keep going back because Will and his team will work hard to get you into a car that works for your budget and needs, without all the hassle. They give great customer service and will stand behind the cars they sell. This is the best hidden gem in Fredericksburg. I plan on buying all my cars here. Just Purchased are used 2009 Lexus RX 350 me and my wife had a great Experience with all the staff, they answered all of are Questions and concerns. This dealership went above and beyond to make sure we were fully Satisfied. there was a small chip in the windshield no problem they had it replaced. there was only one key for the SUV no problem they had a new key cut NOT CHEAP needed to be programmed to the car. so far the vehicle runs and drives great, we Purchased the extended warranty. and last the SUV came with a first aid kit when it was new this one didn't have it my wife asked if they could put one in. not only did they do it but made sure it was a factory replacement. GREAT JOB !!!!! to all the staff at Sullivan auto THANK YOU. I will post more reviews in the Future .

Vehicle purchased did not survive first encounter with highway - bad transmission. Texted on first highway drive the transmission appears to be defective, told to bring vehicle to service department, (8) days later informed the transmission is defective. $3100 dollars later, told I should have purchased extended warranty. Horrible experience with service department, 20 minute wait times, no call back, erroneous pricing data. Visit this group BEFORE you contact sales, a short visual observation will provide all the information you will need.

My teenage daughter bought her first vehicle here and this vehicle has been a total nightmare. There has been multiple problems with the vehicle from day one. We were always told the problems would be handled but never were they fully rectified. We were talked into the extended warranty by smooth talking Austin but as usual, the warranty rarely took care of the problems with the vehicle. Instead we were told we may need to put a little money into the vehicle and then we'd have a nice vehicle. Umm no...that's not how it should work. We will never return to these people who do not back their product.

I am a college student and I was on the search for a used car. My mother and I visited several different dealerships before finding Sullivan's. We immediately felt comfortable here! The staff is so friendly and wonderful, and this was a great experience overall. I couldn't have asked for a better place to buy my first car!

We have purchased 2 cars from Sullivan Auto Trading and we have had great experiences each time. They offer great selection and value with friendly, low-pressure salesmen. Their prices are much better than Charlottesville and Richmond and their service is top notch! They were well worth the trip. We recommended them to a friend who also bought a car and had an excellent experience. We will continue to recommend them and use them for future purchases.

I needed a new car as mine was totaled and they worked with me to find the right car for me and my budget

I had been looking for a Subaru WRX for a couple years.It had to be White with low miles and in great shape.I saw an ad online about a Subaru at Sullivans Auto.Then I remembered that was the car dealership that helped me one day when my delivery van had gotten a flat.It was very early in the morning and I was off of Rt 17.I walked and found sullivans was open.I told them I was making deliveries and needed help fixing a tire.The workers sprang into action and had me back making deliveries within 15 min.So when I saw the car I'd been looking for was at Sullivan's I called them And they made me a great deal on my Subaru.I would highly recommend this dealership.These folks are about taking care of their customers. Today, I experienced a true Blessing from God. I went with a friend who purchased a car today and the salesmen treated me as if I was purchasing a car. The owner is an amazing man who provides his customers with upmost respect and customer service. Brian, the salesman whom sold the car, is an example of how salespersons should act towards their customer. Thank you all at Sullivan Auto Trading for an outstanding Customer service.
