My husband and I had a terrific experience at Sullivan. We drove up from Williamsburg to look at a car and were greeted immediately by Brian Saunders. Throughout our conversation and deliberation, Brian was friendly and professional but never pushy. Once we had decided to buy the car, he introduced us to Will Sullivan, who helped us through the rest of the process and, like Brian, was a pleasure to work with. In about an hour and a half, we left with our new (used) car! A very positive experience in every way.

I highly recommend this dealership. I was put in a position where I had to purchase a vehicle rather quickly and unexpectedly. The folks at Sullivan's were very accommodating to my situation and worked with me and my husband until we found a vehicle that was right for me. This is the first time a car-buying process didn't take hours like it usually does with other dealers. They were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and I would absolutely return in the future.

Couldn't be more pleased with this family owned business! They gave me the greatest car buying experience I've ever had by far. All the employees we worked with were extremely attentive and honest, which really meant a lot. I never felt like I was being cheated or scammed by this company. Will and Brian were incredibly helpful and were very accommodating and kind-hearted. I will definitely be recommending Sullivan's to all my friends and family, and it would be my pleasure to do business with them again! If I could rate higher, I would!

Purchased 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe from Josh at Sullivan Auto Trading. The experience was great. I am apprehensive when purchasing cars, even though I felt prepared for the purchase since I had been looking for a vehicle for the past 2-3 months. I was at peace throughout the process. I am sure Josh and Austin helped with me feeling at ease. I initially had my eye on a Rav 4 but ran across the Hyundai while there. Test drove both and decided on the Hyundai. I am very happy with the purchase. Employees(Austin and his brother) were friendly and helpful. I will definitely consider Sullivan for my next purchase and recommend them to others.

DO NOT shop here. They scammed us into buying a crap car and wouldn't pay for the repairs that they didn't fix before they sold it to us. They told us to pay for it and fix it ourselves. There wasn't even a manual in the car, told us to print one off or pay for one. They sold us a car that was still in the shop and they only shined it up and didn't fix anything before selling it to us! It is a horrible car and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Do not shop at this scam of a dealership.

Even though I didn't purchase a vehicle, Brian S was very helpful and a great person to work with. Great communication and fast response time. No pressure whatsoever from him and very understanding! Highly recommend if you would like to buy a vehicle with no pressure!
