Its been a long time since I bought a used car so the most important criteria for our family was finding a dealer we can trust. I believe we found that in Sullivans. A few neighbors recommended them so we checked them and our local dealers out. They are by far the lowest price and lowest pressure. They are family run and are willing to work out any issues you may have. Their have a good inventory of quality cars so much so that we had a hard time choosing between a few. In the end we are very pleased with the whole buying process. We will definitely go back for future purchases.

I have a project with my grandchildren over the next 2 1/2 years rebuilding the vehicle I plan to purchase from Sullivan and Mary inparticlure. So far they have told me what is wrong and even fixed, one item that I may have trouble reparing. All this being said they called this afternoon and told me it was ready to drive and pick up. I have never been so pleased with and sales organizations service

This is my second purchase from Sullivans and I have not been disappointed. I took to car for a test drive and noticed "something" going on with the front brakes. They asked if that was the only problem that would prevent me from purchasing the SUV and they fixed it by the next afternoon before any $ passed hands or any papers were signed. These folks are building their business on the basis of satisfied (and returning) customers. I even asked "what if this car lets me down on the way home" and Austin's reply was "we are not going to let you down" - in my opinion this is a dealer you can trust.

Seems ok. They do a lot of repairs on site. I didn't buy a car because the car I wanted had already been sold. We did speak to a 'Sullivan' there and he seemed nice, knew what he was doing, etc. I wouldn't have an issue buying from them but they just don't have a car I want to buy. I still search their website though. Also - the people were nice there, busy, but nice and approachable.

I had a wonderful experience with team at Sullivan Auto Trading when I purchased my Mazda CX-7. And the price couldn?t be beat! Carmax had a twin that they wanted $6,000 more for! It had 10,000 less miles, but the one I got from Sullivans was in much better condition mechanically and cosmetically. They let me test drive it twice (the 2nd time so I could take it to my stepdad to get his approval bc he didn?t have time to go to the dealership with me). Before buying, I read all 70 of their reviews on cars.com, and I knew that I wouldn?t regret buying from them. The paperwork was superfast ? about 15 minutes. Everybody was so nice and helpful. Donald Jr. even held an umbrella over me in the rain as I walked from the building to the car. The antenna was missing off the car, but they ordered one for me. I?ve had the car for almost 1 month now, and haven?t had any issues (knock on wood). I took it to my mechanic (who?s also my stepdad?s best friend) for an oil change and he looked it over and found that it needed rear brake pads, but said everything else looks good. Definitely going back to these guys next time I?m car shopping! Thanks Sullivans!!!

I have recently bought my 2006 Ford Fusion from Sullivan?s Auto Trading. The car was in a great condition for the reasonable price. They've got one of the best customer service experiences I ever had, in particular shopping for cars. This is a family owned business where people are truly caring about you. I extremely enjoyed my customer experience with this dealership and I will recommend Sullivan?s to everybody who is looking for a decent used car for a reasonable price. For everyone who feels like they've got to haggle for a car no matter what, check Kelley?s blue books or Car Fox for Sullivan?s cars and you will be amazed. I can?t see myself shopping for a used car anywhere else! Great Job!

Bought my daughters first car from Sullivan's. Small issue right after delivery, corrected no questions asked. Price was right on point and the process was not painstaking. As my daughters needs changed, we came back to Sullivan's for a different car. Traded in the original car and picked up her second Sullivan vehicle. Again the price was excellent for the vehicle and mileage. Car is in great shape. Again, upon driving for a couple of days, an issue crept up. Called and had the vehicle inand the issued was corrected no questions asked. I would highly recommend Sullivan's to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle. The whole family has a part in the dealership and are a pleasure to work with.

Good credit bad credit or no credit Mr Sullivan is the man to go to. This is a family owned business who respect peoples time and value. I went to this dealership with my doge charger 2010, with an intention to trade it for another car. They were more than helpful, I did not go through any hassle usually people go through at a regular dealership. Right of the bat they gave me a price for my trade , which was better than any other price i got in Maryland or Virginia. They sold me an Acura TL 2008 which was a bit out of my price range, but never the less Mr Don Sullivan is your man to talk to. I have no credit but he worked out a deal for me and I am very happy with my car. If you want reliability and confidence within your purchase of a used car then do not waste your time anywhere else. This dealership will not disappoint you, they are professional about what they do and honestly you cant find better prices anywhere else. So quit contemplating and GO VISIT this dealership you will come back home happy.

Do not waste your time looking any further for an used car! We looked all over and this place had the best price by FAR . They also had the best costumer service I have ever experienced. I had owned an Audi who is known for their luxury costumer service and I can tell you the service at Sullivan's was by far better. It is a family owned business, and when you are there they treat you like part of the family. They had a huge selection of cars and if they did not have what you wanted they would look to get it for you. They also gave us a more than fair value on our trade. We will never buy another car anywhere else.

If you are looking for a used car do not waste your time looking any where else. We wasted time looking all over when in the end NO ONE could beat their price. Not only were they the best priced , the customer service is the best I have ever experienced. I had bought a new Audi and Audi dealers are known for their luxury service but that was nothing compared to this. It is a family owned business and when you are there they make you seem like part of the family. You can trust the will take care of you and give you the best deal possible. They have a huge selection and if they do not have what you need they will find it. Service, Price, Commitment can not be beat anywhere!
