My wife and I were in need of an AWD wagon. We found a 2000 Volvo at Sullivans. Problem was, we live on the Canadian border in upper NY state. Have to admit, committing to a sale sight unseen was a little nerveracking. We encountered a storm on the day of pick up and they stayed late so that we could get our car. Car was what it was supposed to be. (Found that rear door was bondoed, but don't think it was Sullivans) Process was easy, price was good. I wish they were closer to us but was worth the 500 mile drive.

I recently purchased a used 2007 Dodge Ram Hemi from Sullivans. Not only was the buying experience excellent we had a issue with the trucks front end about 3 months after we purchased it. Sullivans fixed the problem at NO CHARGE to us no questions asked. I have always been skeptical buying used cars, but I would never doubt buying a used car from Sullivans. Great Family business! I have been shopping for a Pathfinder for more than a year. I found one for sale at Sullivan Auto Trading on the internet that was well equipped at a price that was lower than any I have found in the previous year of shopping. When I went to see and drive the vehicle, the price remained the same which was not what I found in the previous year shopping for a vehicle. I was treated very well, all questions answered and the deal I was offered was unbelievable compared to all the ones I found in the past year. Scott, Don, and Bryce were all so helpful, kind and very honest with me. I traded my car for the Pathfinder and was given more than fair price on the trade. The day I was to pick up my SUV, my car broke down on the to make the deal --just 30 miles from the Sullivan Auto Trading. I had no idea what was wrong with the car and was also concerned about whether or not the deal would be honored. I called Scott at the dealership and he had a tow truck there to pick me up within the hour. When I arrived at the dealer, Scott met us in the parking lot and not only took care of the towing bill, but he also let me know immediately that he was not concerned about my car and planned to honor our deal. This was absolutely customer service above and beyond. Honest, sincere and caring--service excellence at its best!!

Shopping for a first car for my daughter. Literally went to 30+ dealers in the area. Some were good, some were scary. Sullivan's was by far the best experience - they treated me personally, no pressure, up front discussion on the pros/cons of the different vehicles we were considering. Ultimately settled on an older 626 in great shape. After three months the car is still running great. Only hiccup was an O2 sensor going bad after a few weeks. They asked me to bring it in and they fixed it quickly and at no charge. They also took good care of getting the paperwork done and generally just had a very good feeling dealing with them. This is the first time I've had to buy a car in the area & I will go out of my way to support them in the future. Thanks guys!!!

I bought a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee back in September 2011. AND IT IS A REALLY SOLID CAR! From the start of my purchase experience I worked with the Sales Manager and he was always professional. I really appreciate them working with me, and if I wasn't satisfied with something they would make a way to fix it. So Amazing, this is very rare now adays, I had had some bad experiences and it wasn't even the amazing quality of the car when I arrived at the dealership, it was the professionalism of the staff. I am going to make my next car purchase from them, and hopefully I can convince my sister to do the same. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market! I just purchased a Nisaan Pathfinder from Sullivan Auto Trading and had THE BEST ALL AROUND experience I have ever had when buying a car from a dealer. I have priced these vehicles for over a year trying to find the right deal at the right price. I found the Pathfinder I purchased at Sullivan's on the web and knew it was an incredibly low price for the car. In fact, it is the lowest I have found on a Pathfinder anywhere over the past year of looking. I called right away to inquire if the car was still available at that price and curious to see if the price was legitimate. I have been lured to other dealers with fraudulent prices and was somewhat suspicious. When I called and talked to Scott, I found that not only was the price exactly what they advertised, but it was also more than what they reviewed it to be on the web site. The vehicle had a lot of extra bells and whistles that made it all the more appealing to me while I knew this was the best deal I had yet to find after looking for twelve months for the right Pathfinder at the right price. I drove to Fredericksburg from Richmond, Va where I live to look at the car and drive it, and was treated so well and honestly by Scott, Don, and Bryce--Scott's son. These folks are salt of the earth people--honest car dealers who will go far with the way they treat folks. We made a deal to trade my car for the Pathfinder. They were more than fair with the trade on the night I looked at the Pathfinder. We made an agreement that night and I was to return two days later to make the swap. While driving to pick up my Pathfinder two days later, my car broke down on the side of interstate 95. I was 30 miles from Sullivan's and had no idea who to call except Scott. Scott had a tow truck there to take care of me in less than an hour. And during that time I was so worried about whether our deal would be honored considering the car would not start and I had no idea what was wrong with it. When I arrived with my car in tow, Scott met us in the parking lot and not only did he take care of the towing for me but he immediately let me know he was not concerened about the condition of the car and took me inside to sign the papers for the deal we agreed upon two nights before. There were no surprises in the contract or the figures. They had also put new tires on the Pathfinder. I absolutely could not believe this was happening and was so relieved and grateful. My hat is off to the folks at Sullivan Auto Trading. They absolutely went above and beyond for me in this transaction. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest deal and a nice car. And I will return there for my next purchase. God bless them!!

Overall, the salesman who helped us did not have a good attitude to work with people. They are not willing to work with you on the price and negotiate at all. Any time you make a suggestion he would respond with a firm, "nope can't do it." They knowingly sold our vehicle to us with mechanical issues (we spoke about it and he acknowledged having known about these issues) and not once did they offer to repair or lower the price because we would have to fix it. This dealership also does not honor a full tank of gas with the purchase of a vehicle. When asked they said it was because they are used dealer, and from experience, most used dealers do not sell you a vehicle with less than a quarter tank of gas. Overall, we were not really pleased with the service or mainly with their ways of conducting business.

Sullivan's Auto was a fantastic find!! I shopped within 40 minutes of my house and found the cars dirty, in disrepair and not like the photos. Add to that salespeople who did not offer any customer service and it was becoming a daunting task!!! I even went to popular used car place and after research found their prices high and their inventory dirty with fair to bad tires on some. I emailed Sullivan's and I was contacted immediately by email and phone. Instantly the customer service was outstanding. I was so happy when I went to see the SUV and it was clean, especially because it was over an hour away! It was exactly what was described to me over the phone by Don, inside and out. Scott and Amy took such good care of me. They answered all my questions and took care of every item I asked for and then some. I had to call my brother and discuss the details and ask even more questions. Scott was so patient with me. I am so conditioned to bad service that it was shocking to receive so much service especially with out having to ask for it. Scott took the time to give me advice on selling my SUV. I did not bring it there to trade. He made me feel right at home and told me everything he knew about the SUV I was buying. I had to leave the SUV for a couple of days after I bought it and when I came back to pick it up everything was done exactly as promised. He even rewashed the car and had it touched up. I had a minor noise come up the day after I picked it up and I brought it back in. Scott had the mechanic ride along and they put it up on the lift and it was a small cover piece that had come loose and was rubbing. They fixed it real quick and I was back on the road! After this experience I would say to everyone look here first and save yourself some time. Even if you have to drive two hours it is worth it to be treated with respect, to be given a car you can trust and to get a fair price. They go Above and Beyond what any dealer would do and then they go Above and Beyond what you expect. This is the only place I will buy a used car from in the future!

I had been looking for a Toyota Tacoma for months and found one at Sullivan's in early October. After test driving the vehicle, talking with Scott and reviewing the CarFax report I was sold. The vehicle looks and runs great. Everyone at Sullivan's was friendly and helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a good vehicle at a fair price. After totaling my car in an accident I searched for almost two months for a new vehicle. I visited dealer after dealer after dealer, searched more than a dozen websites, read reviews, researched each individual car but I was coming up empty at every turn. One afternoon I came across Sullivan Auto Trading. The vehicles on their website all looked incredible- in great shape, low mileage, CARFAX reports were available to view for free- everything seemed to be tremendous value for the cost. But looks can be deceiving. I visited the lot on a chilly afternoon. A friend and I walked around for a few minutes looking over the few cars I had made a point to look at from what I had seen online. A very nice young man came out and greeted us fairly quickly. After asking us a few pointed questions he ran inside and came back out with the keys to the cars I was looking at. Every question I asked he had an answer for. Every concern he laid to rest. I was extremely impressed by his knowledge and genuine attitude. I test drove one car and loved it. Unfortunately it sold before I could make a decision. I was obviously disappointed but the young man who was helping us, Bryce, took us over to the computer in the office and helped me find a few more cars to look at based off of all the criteria I had outlined. I looked at all the cars but nothing was really a good fit. Until I saw this cute little white Nissan Versa. I found out it was available for sale and instantly took it for a drive. I fell in love!! It handled incredible, had all the basic features I was looking for as well as the bells and whistles I didn't think I'd be able to get at my price level. I made the decision to proceed with the sale and was directed to Scott. Scott sat me down and went over a few things with their financing process, answering my plethora of questions along the way, and sent me home with homework (paperwork to get for him). The next morning I returned bright and early. I was greeted with a warm smile and a "Come on in." Their guaranteed credit approval system, a blessing to someone like me who has a decent credit score and a good job but blemishes on my credit history (namely a bankruptcy). The paperwork and approval process took little more than an hour from start until I was walking out the door with my new keys in hand. Amy, who helped me get everything signed and answered a ton of questions, was simply wonderful. I was definitely made to feel at ease with not only the whole car buying process but also with my decision to get this particular vehicle through everyone's personal testimonials. I know that I will gladly send anyone I know looking for a car to Sullivan's. Not only for the quality of their vehicles but, more importantly, for their service and knowledge.
