After totaling my car in an accident I searched for almost two months for a new vehicle. I visited dealer after dealer after dealer, searched more than a dozen websites, read reviews, researched each individual car but I was coming up empty at every turn. One afternoon I came across Sullivan Auto Trading. The vehicles on their website all looked incredible- in great shape, low mileage, CARFAX reports were available to view for free- everything seemed to be tremendous value for the cost. But looks can be deceiving. I visited the lot on a chilly afternoon. A friend and I walked around for a few minutes looking over the few cars I had made a point to look at from what I had seen online. A very nice young man came out and greeted us fairly quickly. After asking us a few pointed questions he ran inside and came back out with the keys to the cars I was looking at. Every question I asked he had an answer for. Every concern he laid to rest. I was extremely impressed by his knowledge and genuine attitude. I test drove one car and loved it. Unfortunately it sold before I could make a decision. I was obviously disappointed but the young man who was helping us, Bryce, took us over to the computer in the office and helped me find a few more cars to look at based off of all the criteria I had outlined. I looked at all the cars but nothing was really a good fit. Until I saw this cute little white Nissan Versa. I found out it was available for sale and instantly took it for a drive. I fell in love!! It handled incredible, had all the basic features I was looking for as well as the bells and whistles I didn't think I'd be able to get at my price level. I made the decision to proceed with the sale and was directed to Scott. Scott sat me down and went over a few things with their financing process, answering my plethora of questions along the way, and sent me home with homework (paperwork to get for him). The next morning I returned bright and early. I was greeted with a warm smile and a "Come on in." Their guaranteed credit approval system, a blessing to someone like me who has a decent credit score and a good job but blemishes on my credit history (namely a bankruptcy). The paperwork and approval process took little more than an hour from start until I was walking out the door with my new keys in hand. Amy, who helped me get everything signed and answered a ton of questions, was simply wonderful. I was definitely made to feel at ease with not only the whole car buying process but also with my decision to get this particular vehicle through everyone's personal testimonials. I know that I will gladly send anyone I know looking for a car to Sullivan's. Not only for the quality of their vehicles but, more importantly, for their service and knowledge. I would have to say this was and has been the best place I have ever purchased a vehicle. I haven't purchased one since 1999. However I had to purchase this year and couldn't ask for a better place to have done it at. Great experience all around with the vehicle i got and the friendly and profesional staff. Family oriented facility which was nice made me feel right at home. The purchasing process was quick but thorough and extremely painless. Unlike my past experiences with other dealership where it has taken as long as 12 hours. Got to say all in all I will definitely buy here again and recommend anyone else to them as well. Thanks to the whole staff for everything you did to offer me the best experience you could.

We don?t have good credit but they worked with the bank to get us a good loan to help us rebuild our credit. A few weeks later I started to hear a noise and called Scott. He had me bring it in and within 5 minutes was able to identify the problem. He made us a priority and took it straight to the back to have it fixed. I was in and out within about an hour! They are good people that stand behind their name! Thanks! We will buy from here again!

Everything you hoped for in buying a used car .... Fast process ... Easy no hassel .... Lots vehicles to pick from at a price we could live with . My experience with Sullivan Auto Trading was impeccable! I purchased a 2004 BMW X5, this vehicle looks and drives like it's brand new! The price was more than reasonable!!!!!! The Riley family and the entire staff are very professional, patient, and accommodating! This buying experience has been the best that I have ever had with any dealership ! I will make the 2 1/2 hour drive again to purchase another vehicle from Sullivan Auot Trading.

I had been looking for an Acura TL for a long time, and I found the one I wanted at Sullivan's. The car was beautiful and in excellent shape. The deal was easy for me because I knew what I could and could not do financially. When we couldn't come to an agreement on my trade-in value and loan rate, I had to walk away from the deal and the car I really wanted. I was treated with respect throughout the entire experience. Scott was very kind and extremely patient as we spent two hours hashing out the details, and with other customers bustling through the dealership, not one time did I feel rushed. Finally, he was able to work an amazing deal out so that I could afford the car I really wanted. I can honestly say this is one of the best experiences at a dealership I have ever had. Not only do they have a great selection of cars, but everyone working there is wonderful and eager to work with you.

I just purchased an Infinity G 35 from Sullivan's. I searched for a couple of months but I couldn't find what I wanted in my price range. Until I saw their ad for my car. I got up early the next day and drove from Richmond and was pleasantly surprised that the car was everything that was advertised.(I was not so happy at other dealerships I visited) I will definitely be coming back for my next car great experience.

Purchased my pre-owned Dodge Ram from Sullivan's a few months ago. Buying process was very easy. Top notch service. I had an oxygen sensor turn on my check engine light. I freaked but Sullivans put me in a loaner and fixed it without any cost to me! Made me very happy with a wonderful clean one owner truck with a great group of people to back me up when I need it! I would and already have recommended people to Sullivan's! You will be very pleased with your new vehicle and you will be greatful to see excellent customer service! I couldn't speak more highly of them!
