I purchased an 06 Ford Explorer from Sullivan. Dealing with Scott was great and I purchased the vehicle for a really good price. To my surprise, a few days after my purchase the vehicle experienced a transmission issue. After talking with Scott, he asked for me to get it back to his shop immediately. He was able to fix the problem at no cost to me! I greatly appreciate his customer service and willingness to work with me even though I purchased the vehicle with no warranty. I can easily recommend Sullivan to you! They have good pricing and are fair with their customers.

Scott and Amy were very professional to deal with during the whole buying process. The transmission blew the day after purchasing the vehicle. Scott had us working closely with a local mechanic to get it fixed at no cost to us. And Amy worked tirelessly with the DMV to get our plates after a few delays on the DMV's part. Again they were both very professional and we are pleased with our experience and our vehicle.

My experience with Sullivan Auto Trading was excellent. The quality and cleanliness of the vehicles is outstanding. They are honest people and have fixed/standard pricing for their vehicles. I was very pleased with the services I received throughout the entire process of purchasing a used vehicle. Their repair facility is top notch. They fixed a plow hook up on my truck that was bent beyond repair (from other places I went to). When the technician finished repairing the plow hitch it looked better then when it was first installed. I was very pleased with the finished product and the cost to repair the item was fair and reasonable in my opinion.

I purchased a 2005 Saturn VUE at Sullivan Auto Trading Inc. with 74k miles on it at a VERY fair price! From the moment I walked into this dealership I was thoroughly impressed! The staff was very helpful and honest, never once did I feel pressured to buy anything!The young man, Bryce, who was helping me was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles on the lot and answered every question I could throw at him without missing a beat! I was definitely impressed! The vehicle had just arrived on their lot the day I looked at it and was in need of a repair to the exhaust. They were honest and upfront about every detail. Due to the fact that the vehicle was still under manufacturer's warranty, they said it could take up to a week for the repair to get done and offered me a vehicle from their lot to drive until the vehicle I purchased was ready! They took care of getting a complete exhaust installed, changed all the fluids, and thoroughly detailed the interior and exterior before allowing me to pick up the vehicle! Once I selected the VUE, the financing department worked hard to get my loan approved even though the price was lower than the banks like to see. I must have called them 25 times over the four days I was awaiting my loan approval and Scott never once got annoyed or frustrated by my call. I was also impressed by the repair/service department they have. They service the vehicles they sell at a very reasonable cost and offer many service plans that are sure to extend the life of your vehicle! Also all the service staff is ASE certified which is a fantastic find. I plan to ONLY take my VUE there for service....I trust them! I have already told several people about this wonderful dealership! My mother, best friend, and a coworker will be going there soon to purchase their new/used cars! I've been searching for a car for sometime and found Sullivan's. They had a great selection, and I found my current car there. I drove it for a few days and it had a small hiccup. So, I took it to Sullivan's and he took it straight into the garage. I was without my car for less than a day. It was fantastic. I'd highly recommend this deal to anyone on the search for a car.

I recently purchased my car from Sullivan Auto Trading and worked with Scott. He was fantastic. I got an immediate reply and within a day from my inquiry email I went to see the car. The car was perfectly as described and he was very helpful in financing my car as well. He got a better deal for me than I could on my own. The price for the car was excellent and was lower than the competitors around him. I was back at Sullivan the next day with my trade in and drive my new car home. My wife and I recently purchased a used car for our daughter from Sullivan Auto Sales. The selection was excellent and the prices are exceedingly reasonable. But the best part was their customer service. They are friendly, knowledgeable, straight forward and, most important, they do exactly what they say they will do. We could not have had a better experience and we're extremely happy with the car.

Bought a 2002 Nissan Maxima SE with 43k on it. Paperwork was a breeze, the car was in EXCELLENT condition (mechanically and cosmetically). Living in Chicago and buying a used car from out-of-state, they made my buying process very easy. The car was EXACTLY as pictured in the ad. I would DEF do business again with Scott and Amy, thanks guys for bringing Christmas early this year for me lol. =)
