Michaud Mitsubishi

I just bought a car from Michaud, and couldn't be more pleased. I went to several other dealerships, and came back to this one to buy the car. Joe LaFratta was great to work with, didn't pressure me in any way and was very knowledgeable. Kevin Dunn was very efficient in taking care of the transaction and processing the paperwork. I plan to come here to service the car as well!

They made it so easy to buy a car. This was my third time buying from this dealership, started at 21 and keep coming back! They went above and beyond to get me the best interest rate and everything I wanted in my car in my price range. Even helped me get the best trade in value! Could not ask for anything more.

I would definitely recommend this dealership. I bought my car back in April and it was the best experience I have had buying a car. The entire experience was so enjoyable I referred my coworker in May and just went with my brother this week as he bought a car from them as well. I honestly can't say enough about them. They made sure that we got a good deal, had a ton of laughs and treated us like family.

Well where do I begin? I purchased my first car in February 2013 from Joe LaFratta and from the start my experience was fantastic! Felt no pressure and definitely felt like I was a part of the Michaud family. He helped me beyond my expectations and did what he had to do to get me in a new car. With the car that I had and my credit I was sure I would be turned down, but Joe worked his magic and got me exactly what I wanted. I went back February of 2014 to see if I could refinance my car but what do ya know..I walked out with a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander Sport! Couldn't believe that he worked his magic once again and got me in a brand new car for about the same payment I had with my 2009 Camry! They will be my forever dealership!! If I have any questions/issues I shoot Joe an email and within an hour he has a response, and if he's not sure he directs me to whoever I need to speak with! Joe goes above and beyond for his customers and I can't thank him enough! Everyone at the dealership is absolutely amazing!

My experience at Michaud Mitsubishi was above excellent and well surpassed my expectations. Each person in the office is extremely nice and helpful-completely different than the typical stereotype of a car dealer. Henry was my sales rep- and he did a FANTASTIC job. He explained the car of my choice in such detail, and enthusiasm- making me even more excited about my new purchase! I left feeling completely comfortable in my new car.
