They were patient and understanding. Jason said he would find me a truck. And I'm extremely happy with what they found for me. Really good folks. Go see them.

I'm not sure which one is because I have talked with a few but if it's Hunter Subaru in Flecther I wouldn't recommend them to a dog. It wasn't a 2018 but a 2023 and it was a terrble experience. When I talked with them they told me the car was mine. I just had to pick it up. When I got there they told me I didn't have any credit so I couldn't get the car. I got home and the credit bureau showed where they had indeed pulled my credit with a hard hit. Needless to say I didn't get my car from them or any of the others.

If I could give a zero I would.

If I could give a zero I would. This company literally doesn't know what they are doing. I'm told one thing by the salesman. Then I'm told something else by account management. They are literally saying two different things when asked about a situation. Also, the account management team has a very horrible lady named Morgan who literally lies about your account and never gave me information she said she gave. Also her manager in corporate may be one of the most rudest employees ever. She had a foreign name and was very disrespectful. I keep trying to explain my frustration and instead of hearing me out she started arguing the situation and without even letting me finish what I was saying she just hung up. I would never suggest going through this company as they have some of the rudest and unintelligent individuals that don't even know how to help assist a customer, but just blame them and hang up on the phone.

I started asking questions about a car at 11 in the

I started asking questions about a car at 11 in the morning, specifically if the accidents that had been reported caused any permanent damage. I was assured that the car was fully repaired and available, but it was at another location and would have to be brought here if my financing was approved. So I scheduled an appointment, drove across town, and waited for 2 hours in the dealership before my financing was approved just for them to tell me that the car I was interested in was too damaged to sell. wasted hours of my life and a whole day of potential car shopping. I would never shop here again under any circumstances.
