I had a great experience at Auto Advantage. They were honest and gave me time to decide. I didn’t feel pressured to buy a car that wasn’t right for me. I would definitely go back.

Horrible place to do business. Came in to look at a Jeep with he intentions to buy it then. Asked the salesman who was very nice what the best deal was. He asked me my offer which I presented. We didn't come to terms with numbers so as I was leaving Dustin McCue came out and said something about my profession which I sell cars as well. No matter how much I want to sell cars or buy them I would never belittle a customer. Totally unprofessional and rude. I advise everyone to stay away from here.

Adam, as we have stated before that this was a improper conversation on both sides, again we apologized the very next day, not sure why you are leaving us multiple bad reviews on something that happened a year ago but again you are more than welcome to reach out to us in person rather than the internet
Rude Sales & Deception
I purchased a 20011 Nissan Pickup. I requested to drive the vehicle advertised on line, but was told it had been purchased from the site already, but it was still listed for weeks after, available for purchase. I was then directed to another, not my first choice. I was only allowed to drive back on a short section of local road. My trade value was not disclosed till after the deal was made, the pickup had only 1/4 tank of gas & when I questioned, the salesman made a snarky remark, "do you see a gas station here?" I traded it 2 months later fo a new truck with a warranty, received a value $2000 less, explained as over priced by Auto Advantage. When I returned to get back my GAP money, I was told that check was in the mail, but had to return AGAIN to get the refund, 2 hrs round trip twice. After seeing their Ads with satisfied, happy customers, I felt it necessary to speak out.

Great car buying experience!
I can't say enough great things about the folks at this dealership. I was in the market for a new Prius, and I had looked online & at many dealerships. I found a new Prius in the exact color & options at AA online. I called the dealership to see if they still had the car, and they called me back within minutes confirming they had the car, and was able to quote me their lowest price. I was in shock when I was given a price that was 6k lower than anyone else. I asked them to send buyers order to my credit union, and got the car funded sight unseen. When I arrived they had the car at the showroom, and all of the paperwork ready. This car was spotless, upgraded wheels, etc. The car only had 8k miles, so it must have been a demo. I have had zero problems & when I took it to the dealership for service the Toyota folks said I had a great car as the VIN indicated it was one that was made overseas and was of higher quality. I couldn't be happier, and I plan to go back in Spring & but my daughter a car with them. Great experience & great car??

Good customer service. Salesman met us on the sidewalk near front doors. Quickly got the specific vehicle I was interested in and arranged a test drive. Since I was only interested in the one vehicle and still comparison shopping they did not try to sell me something I had no interest in. Very much appreciated the way they handled my visit. I will return in future.

My car buying experience by Henry Best, Banner Elk
I was looking for an "all most new" used car. Hunting on the web for a Toyota Sienna that fit that requirement. By chance, I stumbled on what I was looking for at a place about 65 miles away called AUTO ADVANTAGE in Hendersonville, NC. They primarily deal in almost new! I could tell by the detailed presentation on the web site that this would be the perfect auto if I could strike a deal. I had a trade in as well. I did not want to drive over there. Making purchases from my desktop computor is what online is all about. I had purchased a car this way from a dealer in Tennessee. I hooked up with their top sales person, Jason Davis. We exchanged information. They gave me the value of my 9 year old KIA that I expected. The financial was worked out with Paul in that department. Paul did the paper work. They brought it and the car to my home in Banner Elk. We agreed that everything with the vehicles was as represented. I signed the papers on the kitchen table, gave a check, and they drove away in the KIA. Soooo smooth!
