Very Professional

This is a used car dealership. They seems to know their stuff very well. The gentleman from the commercial with the beard looked at our trade in very closely and was very particular about the condition, which makes me think they are the same with the vehicles they sell. We purchased a 2017 Subaru Outback and were pleasantly surprised with the service. I’d give them an A grade overall.

Great experience and great vehicle

My wife has been searching for a specific vehicle and package. She found it at Auto Advantage and proceeded to complete an online inquiry. We received a call from Richard. He was easy to talk with and never seemed like the usual car salesman. Richard answered all of our questions and was patient. He was never pushy which was a nice change from previous experiences. We proceeded with the online application and decided to drive three hours the next day. We arrived a few minutes early and we were invited into the dealership. The facility was clean and inviting. The vehicle we were looking at was in the showroom. The sales staff was polite, relaxed and ready to assist without hovering. We asked for Richard and waited a couple of minutes. Richard was great! I would recommend asking for him when searching for any of your automotive needs. He was patient, informative, helpful, and made sure our needs were met. If the vehicle we looked at did not fit our needs he did not want us to buy because he wanted us to be happy and have our needs met. Jason the "document guy" even let us look at his vehicle because it was the other vehicle we were considering and they did not have one for sale. That was cool and even more proof they wanted us to be sure we wanted the vehicle. When we had a question Richard would research all options so we could make comparisons. He provided facts and did not manipulate numbers to favor what they had for sale. We began negotiations including our trade in value. We were given a very honest trade in value and the no haggle price was acceptable. Once adding all of the numbers together it was not quite the value I wanted. Again we were never pressured to make the purchase. Richard helped adjust numbers and we made an agreement to purchase the vehicle. Then we moved into Jason's office to complete the documentation. He informed us of options we had for our purchase but never tried to "make a sale". Documents were completed we said our goodbyes and we took off in a new to us vehicle. The experience was great! Probably our best buying experience ever! Nice facility, personable and helpful people and we were never pressured. I strongly recommend Auto Advantage! Ask for Richard.

Love My Car, HATED The Service

So I bought a car from here about 3 weeks ago, and the car is fine, but the xxxxxxxx that work there aren't worth the trouble. My salesman was rude, and basically was trying to bully me into a car I was already going to get. He never once spoke to me again after I said id take the car, let alone thanked me for paying his paycheck. They also charge a $700 dollar CUSTOMER SERVICE FEE????? For them to act like entitled a*shats. Also if you are still wanting to check out a car there, since they seem to have "ok" vehicles, just avoid Bj. He's a xxxxxxx.

Dishonest Dealer

A couple of days ago I purchased a GMC around KBB value. It was a recent trade-in and hadn't been detailed. When negotiating, I brought up a few body issues that needed fixing before agreeing on price (paint scuffs, a busted wheel well, missing fog light, etc.) "We'll get all of this fixed when we send it back to detail" is what I was told. I took their word for it, and paid in cash. Yesterday when I went to pick it up, I noticed that almost none of the issues had been fixed, the cargo latch had been broken off during cleaning, and worst of all, they didn't disclose the broken sunroof and AC! Conveniently, when I nicely asked about these things, the sales rep wasn't available. Now he won't return my calls or texts. I expect some nicks here and there with a used car, but this is ridiculous. I pointed these issues out and made my purchase based on a verbal agreement.... naively. I could live with the cosmetic issues, but not disclosing the broken AC and sunroof is just pathetic business practice. Auto Advantage: if you're reading this, please reach out to me with a solution or at least a response.

Great vehicle and excellent support

Excellent experience in buying a used truck. Really appreciated the process and the support/service after the sale was excellent and refreshing. Robert and the service team wanted to ensure they were selling a complete and top level product. Thank you and will remember for the future.

forced sales!

I am so frustrated with Auto Advantage!! I have purchased 4 vehicles from them, and the last one was a broken down truck that they did not want to be responsible for.

Sent my nephew to them

They r great at customer service exect for the fact when u referee someone to them they say you will have a check sent to you in a week you call them back a week later oh sorry it take two to three weeks for that they will say any to get you in a car even lie sorry not sorry will not send anyone back to them every where else if sent people ive had the money in less than a week so sorry y'all loss some else's gain

Great experience

Purchased a car from these folks last week. The salesman, Cameron, was very informative and he ensured that we were completely satisfied with the condition of the car before we finalized the deal. Great experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back next time I need a vehicle.

Was skeptical

I knew which car I was interested in and the salesman pointed me to it right away. I test drove it and my many questions and concerns were addressed immediately. Fell in love with the car. Put substantial amt down with the promise to pay remainder within days and drove the car home. When I returned to pay balance, pointed out a minor flaw and they repaired within minutes.

What a disappointment

Very pushy. Typical used car salesmen would not even allow us to look at the cars without harassing us to give our personal information to them. I will spend my money at another facility. Total waste of time.
