They were very helpful and transparent about the vehicle I purchased. I didn’t feel in any way that I was being pushed or forced into anything and I didn’t feel like any important information was being withheld from me. Very great experience!

After a car accident in which I totaled my 2011 Honda CR-V, I needed a new car. I’d looked online for weeks for cars and decided I wanted a newer SUV with more safety features. My dad and I went to 3 dealerships in Jacksonville. The first salesman we met was nice but just didn’t have what I needed cost or inventory wise. The second dealership was Subaru Jacksonville. We met Devin Fuchs and he was amazing! He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to waste my time looking at vehicles I wasn’t interested in or were out of my price range. I could tell he was genuinely interested in trying to get the right car for me. I test drove a Subaru Forester and a 2017 Subaru Outback. The Outback felt like a winner. As it was my first big purchase, I was very nervous even with a reasonable price. My dad and I went to get coffee and mull it over. On our way back, we stopped by the Toyota dealership. Bad vibes immediately. The salesperson was pushy and pompous. He was very excited to be bragging about how they have 5 football fields of cars. I pointed out that I didn’t need 5 football fields of cars, I needed one car, and if they didn’t have the car that was right for me, the amount of inventory was irrelevant. Needless to say, we called Devin and asked if he could work with us a little bit, he said yes. We high-tailed it back to the Subaru dealership, and we got it done. I am now the proud owner of a 2017 Subaru Outback Touring. I felt like I upgraded from The Flintstones to The Jetsons. Devin was so patient and helpful. He didn’t rush me at any point, he even took the time to teach me how all the fancy new buttons function. He’s even taken the time to help me after I made my purchase. 10/10 would recommend Devin Fuchs.

My experience at Subaru of Jacksonville was very pleasant. Not only was the staff wonderful (especially Devin Fuchs) but the dealership was exceedingly clean and welcoming. I was never pressured, just helped. I highly recommend Subaru of Jacksonville and will certainly continue to be a customer.

I made my third Subaru Outback purchase from Subaru of Jacksonville this week and while I didn't think they could get any better they somehow have done just that! I went in to take an Outback on a test drive with Michaela Griffis and while I loved the way it handled, I wasn't sold on the color. Michaela scurried off and came back with a newer model with everything I was looking for including the color I had in mind. A short test driver later and I found myself signing the paperwork under the guidance of one of their fantastic financial experts, AJ. Thanks once again, Subaru of Jacksonville for making my purchasing experience so easy and enjoyable. Michaela made our day with her great personality and friendly disposition! She put my wife and I at easy and answered all of our question without hesitation. Thank you Michaela and AJ for all of your help and friendship!
