After requesting a quote for a NEW 2025 Hyundai Elantra N, Charles texted me 24 hrs. after that. I requested OTD for it and came back as MSRP (NO discounts), $1,744 for Dealership for Life (whatever that means) and taxes, Doc fee and NON- taxes?? Price OTD was $40,807.43. BUT here is the kicker, they made a mistake with a MARK UP OF $3,999 more making it $44,806.43. I was A repeat customer BUT they said for ONLY that day they would sell it to me for the original price OTD at $40,807.43. Thanks Keith Hawthorne Hyundai. That makes me feel special, NOT. Why would anybody shop there with EXTRAS on top of MSRP?? They had 4 of them to choose from. I can't shop there anymore. First impressions mean a lot to a customer. Avoid shopping there.

Out of state buyer and purchased a 2024 vehicle. Confirmed price and all details from home. Flew into Charlotte, salesperson picked me up at the airport, car was ready for test drive and detailed. Completed paperwork and drove away shortly after. Entire process took roughly 3 hours. Great buying experience, courteous staff, and would recommend to others.
