Speculation was the main point of their communication.

Speculation was the main point of their communication. Very little was based on fact or actual diagnosis. They made assumptions with minimal testing and didn't even ask questions that a proper mechanic would ask based on circumstances. They were quick to offer solutions that were over priced and unnecessary. It seems like they're out to make money over treating customers with dignity and respect.
