I paid them $200 to diagnose my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee

I paid them $200 to diagnose my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I bought brand new from them... they didnt even diagnose the issue. Told me a few things that could be wrong and wanted 1600$ more to do a teardown to find out what's actually wrong then an additonal $4500-$10000 depending on the exact problem. They also didnt give me the forever warranty I thought I had when I bought my vehicle brand new!! I decided to take my vehicle to a different local reputable shop in town and paid half the price to get it fixed. Very unsatisfied. I've been buying brand new vehicles from this place since 2015 & may consider going elsewhere.

We got our quote 2,300 dollars,plus a week and half

We got our quote 2,300 dollars,plus a week and half out,,took to dad's garage they fixed it $238.00 and had it back the next day..hmmm
