I've bought two trucks and two cars from Nelson for my business over the past few years. 3 were newer models and everything went flawlessly. The 4th was an older, cheaper vehicle and there was one small issue that popped up shortly after purchasing, which wasn't that unexpected for a truck in that price range. Eric and Matt were super helpful getting everything taken care of and stood behind the vehicle. I'd definitely go back.

Just had a great experience buying a car at Nelson Automotive. No-pressure salesman David Rubin spent a lot of time listening to what we were looking for and helped research the car to be sure it had the safety features we wanted. The proprietor, Eric Nelson, got personally involved to ensure the car was properly serviced under the dealer warranty. With great leadership at the top and a true customer satisfaction focus, I feel they worked hard for my business, earned my trust, and I would definitely go back next time I need a vehicle.

I've had more automobiles than your average driver - 16 so far. I've done the sales dance for 11 of them, and it's no longer fun, or even interesting. What a refreshing change when I came to Nelson Automotive - by chance, as it turns out - they were the only local dealer with the car I was looking for. Bracing myself for the usual salesman blather, I was surprised to find out that there wasn't any. The most pleasant car-buying experience in my life (so far) - and I'll check with them the next time I need a used car. Matt was absolutely superb.

When I need another car, I'll check with them first, before looking anywhere else. I highly recommend them.

I visited Nelson Automotive to see a used car that closely matched what I was looking for. My experience at this dealership was much different compared to several others. After taking a test-drive, my salesman took lots of time to show me lots of information online about the car I was looking to purchase and my own car I was trading in. This was the only dealership that bothered to look under the hood of my trade-in, and they gave me the highest offer on my trade-in. They gave me all the information I was looking for and more. I didn't feel any pressure to make an immediate decision, and I wasn't there for hours like several other dealerships. I also was not bombarded with emails and phone calls after my visit. I ended up purchasing elsewhere simply because I decided I wanted a different make/model of car than they had available. I would highly recommend visiting Nelson's if you are looking for a used car.

Matt was spot on from concpetion. Not only did he answer every of my multiple questions from 500 miles' away, he sent a multitude of pictures to assure I would have no surprise after the 7-hour drive to see, and of course, buy the car about which I had been dreaming. He is honest aqnd forthright and by far, not your average car salesman. He is highly-educated. articulate and honest beyond belief. Not sure why that group (Car Salesmen) gets a bad rap. They should NOT. Matt and the owner of the dealership, Eric, made me so happy I made the trip to buy this as-is terrific convertible that I hope to enjoy for years. Purchased at a fair price. But for the distance, and mabye in sptie of it, I would do business over and over with a dealership like this!

My experience at Nelson Automotive was fantastic. Javier and Matt were great to work with. I went in knowing EXACTLY what I was looking for. I wanted to purchase a 2000 Toyota Camry Solara that I saw that they were selling at TrueCar.com When I went there it was a very fast and easy cycle; I was in and out within 90 minutes (that includes everything test drive, paperwork, etc.) But wait: it gets **EVEN BETTER**! The car looks great and ran even better! However the sales representative, Javier to sell me the car with one key -- they did not have a spare key. Since it was a chip key, I had to get a spare key custom made. So I decided the very next day to get the spare key made at a local Toyota dealership -- Arlington Toyota. At the same time, they offered to look over the car in their service department (at no cost) while I was waiting to get the key made. About 90 minutes later after they finished my spare key, the service sales representative, Paul, told me that their service technicians could find no obvious problems with the car. Paul just had me pay for the spare key and said that for a 19 year old car it was in great condition!! Look, I believe that is one of the VERY FEW times that I took my car to any kind of auto mechanic and NOTHING else was found wrong with my car during some routine or inspection. And this is meant as no offense to any auto mechanics or auto shops out there -- but that is usually what they get paid to do. They are not just to fix the immediate repair but to also inspect the vehicle but to let their customers know if there is any other problems that need to be addressed -- if not the right at that moment (which let's face it, that is the preferable option -- as it is an "up sale") -- then at least some time in the very near future. The fact that a fairly respectable Toyota dealership, like Arlington Toyota, could find NOTHING obviously wrong with a recently-purchased 19 year old used car in their service department is just mind-blowing to me! This I believe is a testament to the quality and care that one will receive at Nelson Automotive! This *IS* the place to shop for a used car -- period! And I plan to recommend this to everyone that I know who is looking for a car!

I bought Honda Civic 2014. Many options for Japanese cars at reasonable price. They price to sell the cars instead of spending time in negotiations .please don?t go over the facility as we don?t need nice facility to get a good price on the car

Bought a car here a couple of weeks ago. The place was very busy, I knew what I wanted and Eric was kind enough to get me in and out in less than a half an hour. It would have been less than that but we got to talking. He's a great guy, everyone there is super nice. I would definitely recommend buying a car here.
