Bad customer service.
Bad customer service. No attention to detail. I had to return several times to get my transmission fix properly. I also lost my engine because they did not change out my spark plugs in a timely fashion. I bought my vehicle from them , I have only serviced it ever with them, I bought an extended warranty, and every time they recommended that I do an important service to my vehicle. I always approved it.

Wow!
Wow! I cannot even begin to tell you what an incredibly wonderful experience it was to buy our truck at the dealership. Shami was incredible. Not pushy at all. Answered all of my questions and treated me with respect. And Pedro was exactly the same way. The atmosphere at the dealership it was nothing like what I have seen at some other dealerships such as Toyota of Orlando. These people are professional and provide a great service. I highly recommend that you call Shami if you are looking for a vehicle.

Carlos helped me get my tail light replaced. I went in for my appointment and told it’ll take one to two hours. He had my vehicle done in less than 30 minutes and great customer service.
