When I called to make my appointment, they had no record

When I called to make my appointment, they had no record of me, even though I have been going there since 2014. Whenever they contact me about service, they email my brother. When I asked them to change it to my email address and phone number, they said they would, but obviously never did. At this service appointment, I asked them to check the alignment and they said they would, but they did not check it or give me any information about it.

I came in to get the tires balanced because when I

I came in to get the tires balanced because when I purchased the car it was shaky and I mentioned this to the salesperson multiple times. When I finally was able to come in to get the vehicle looked at I waited for approximately 45 minutes for someone to tell me they would not balance and rotate my tires because of the lack of tread. Maybe Carver should have put new tires on the vehicle before I purchased it. I live in Seymour so it was a complete waste of my Saturday morning. Also I am a single mother so thanks for selling me a car with old tires right before the winter….way to look out for your customers safety.
