Great job diagnosing the problem, lousy explanations of alternatives for repair / replacement

I was in for oil change and tire rotation with request to not add windshield washer fluid since we use a different type for our vehicles. Steve in service department is always so upbeat and greats customers happily and confirms what service is being done. While there I also purchased windshield wipers for a family member. The parts person was very helpful I showed them a picture of wiper and indicated the vehicle it was for and length needed. They had them in stock, price was very good and I purchased them. The mechanic serviced my vehicle timely and didn't add additional windshield washer fluid as I had requested. To my surprise when paying for oil change with tire rotation the service department had a coupon so I was able to save $20. It was a very nice surprise and made my day! Dealership has very convenient hours for customers.

This was a no-hassle experience. I went in to test-drive a Ford Edge, just to see if I wanted to buy one. After looking at various options, the salesman suggested we look at leasing a 2018 Edge as a possibility. We explored that option and settled on a three-year lease. I have dealt with high-pressure sales tactics at another dealership before, and I was prepared to test-drive and leave if it happened again. I'm happy to do business with Genesee Valley.
