Genesee Valley Ford equals Great Service

Scheduled appointment at short notice without issue, they got me in as soon as they could and completed my service in a timely manner. They informed me at the end of my service that my vehicle will need some additional service but could wait until it was convenient for me. No pressure, I like that! Thanks GVF Service.

Outstanding:no bickering no haggling what a relief

easiest vehicle purchase I ever made. No double talk, no unnecessary sell-ups (undercoating, invisible 'paint protector' etc. Very accommodating staff; very professional, knowledgeable and just generally nice people there.

Fast , Efficient & Professional Service

I brought my 2017 Ford Escape in for a 2nd scheduled service at GVF. To my surprise they offered to do the scheduled service within 1 hour. We had some shopping to do, returned approx. 1 1/2 hrs later. Our 2017 Escape was completed in a timely & professional manner.

Why I went to Genesee Valley Ford

I leased my 2016 Ford Edge from Cortese Auto Block in Rochester NY. When my lease time (24 Mos.) was up I asked Cortese to arran ge financing for me to purchase this vehicle. I also checked with my bank for a car loan rate. The Cortese Financing manager was rather snarky and bored with me as was the Salesman who urged me to have the car undercoated for 6 or 7 hundred more dollars. I decided to go to Genesee Valley Ford near where I live to obtain my car loan. Tha Salesman Joe Zisler was very receptive, friendly and helpful and obtained the loan for me at a local Federal Credit Union forthwith. They did not pressure me to have the car undercoated. I have the highest regard for Genesee Valley Ford and will continue to do business with them. They truly are the no nonsense dealers! And, I love my Ford Edge!
