Service and sales
went in to have a oil change and inspection done. i also had questions for the sales reps. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They made sure they answered all my questions and concerns. The service department was running a little behind, but, they kept me informed and got me done and out of there very fast.

Purchase of New Ford Transit
This will be my third vehicle that I have purchased from Genesee Valley with Larry Temperato as my salesman. Service for brakes at Genesee Valley Ford
I was told for two oil changes that I will need brakes soon. At the last oil change 4500 miles ago I was told next oil change I will need the brakes done. I also got a notice in the mail to get my brakes done. I used a day off to get the brakes done at Genesee Ford. during my day off visit much to my surprise they brought my truck up in a half hour and told me I had only half wear on my brakes. I don't believe I can trust their service to give me correct diagnosis anymore.

Robert, I have been told that the reminder you got came from Ford itself, not the dealership, and uses a ?predictor? model. When you got here, and a mechanic gave your brakes a second look, he determined that you could wait longer and get more miles out of them. I suppose this is sort of a ?glass half full? thing. I am sorry you were inconvienienced but glad my guy looked at your brakes and did not sell you a set that you did not need quite yet.
