Brought vehicle in for recall service and was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Courteous employees, too!

Inspection and minor warranty repair were performed quickly. A light was needed and it was replaced ata fair price. Provided me with recommendations for future with no pressure. (I do some of my own work) . Forgot to tell them of an annoying door sensor issue, and to my surprise, the mechanic took care of it on his own. I drove by my local Ford dealer, and several shops for a 15 mile drive to Genesse Valley, because I know I can trust them, they have convenient hours and are simply a pleasure to deal with. I'll continue to drive the extra 15 miles for their service.

Always have a great experience here, where we bought the car and continue to use this facility for all repairs, and checkups.

I purchased my 2017 Ford Fusion Sport after having repeated troubles with my previous 2013 Fusion Titanium. I an enjoying the Sport. I have had a few issues with the front windows not wanting to stay up. I was not looking for a new car at the time of purchase I was just fed up with the other one not being fixed correctly after repeated attempts and being stranded away from home.

Took car for oil change and check of tires. Steve was extremely helpful in recommending tires and in trying to get me the best price.

Jason helped me get my last car and made it so easy and stress free that it was a no brainer to go back and see him this time. The people here really do their best to make sure the customers are satisfied and Steve in the service department has always done a great job with getting me in when I need service.
