I am a sales director and know talent when I see it. She took time to help us and she played both, financing and sales in our transaction. She definitely knows how to do both at a high rate of service. She knew when to push, when to pull back and really showed that she was interested in our needs. She seemed top rate in comparison to others that were supporting sales at the store. She took it a step further and followed up with us on her own time. Great customer service!!!

Contacted this dealership as they had a vehicle I was looking for... I was too late to see the one that I had found. They took my contact info and the type and price of vehicle I was seeking in a very professional manner. I was contacted twice, regarding a vehicle, one was not an option due to Price and mileage, the second time, as I was waiting on a Salesman to return to complete a purchase. As the dealership I was at was being less than professional, I halted the process and ran down to see the vehicle at Auto Gallery. The salesman was ready and waiting upon my arrival and had the vehicle running. He was professional, low-key, and low pressure. The vehicle was the type I sought, miles were higher than stated, and the vehicle looked and smelled like an ashtray. None of those things were the salesman's fault.... I ended up not purchasing from that dealer, but would not rule them out in the future.

We had an excellent experience at Auto Gallery ! We live in Tennessee and were searching for a small pickup with some pretty exacting features so had problems finding exactly what we wanted. I found a Ranger Pickup with extended cab and standard transmission online at Auto Gallery and spoke with Maribel Acosta on the phone to get more information before we drove down . She was so helpful and we decided to make the drive to take a look. She even clarified directions and "talked us in" when our GPS led us astray. We loved the truck but had one other less expensive option to look at with another dealer. Maribel asked us to consider buying as it was the last day of the month, but was very understanding of our need to look at the other vehicle and we never were pressured or badgered in any way . Maribel offered to come in the next day, on her day off, if we decided to make the purchase. After looking at the other truck, we decided the one at Auto Gallery was far superior. Marcela stepped in to help out at the request of Maribel and she was just as professional and helpful as Maribel had been. These ladies know their stuff ! The transaction was quickly accomplished and we were happy with every aspect of our deal .

people are very rude, missed one appointment to get a gps on my car and when i got there the girl was very rude to me about it. she was very immature about the whole thing and said it was okay but keep throwing it in my face. DO not come here.

I have had over 80 cars since I was 16. I've been on a lot of car lots to purchase both new and used cars. I've encountered many car sales persons so I have a lot to compare with. I went to Auto Gallery to look at a specific car I saw on their web site. I called ahead to be sure the vehicle was still on the lot and spoke with a very young lady who told me to ask for her when I arrived. When I got to the lot she showed me the car I was initially interested in. I was not impressed with that vehicle but they had a large selection of high end vehicles. She took the time to let me drive 3 other vehicles and I selected the last one I drove. I never felt rushed or pressured in any way. I was allowed to drive the vehicle to my home and pick up my wife and drive her back to the lot so she could see the car too. We purchased the vehicle the next day at a great price.

I'm not sure where to start with this dealer... saw a vehicle on eBay... it seem to fit my needs, the final price seem to be fair although it was likely $2,000 more than what I wanted to pay for but dealers they ALWAYS screw you on a trade in. .. long story short did all the paperwork then they old me they still owe me a keyBob and key which finally arrived seven weeks after I purchased a vehicle in addition the title was screwed up I still have not received the real title and a purchase was April 1st what they did they sent me a Georgia Title with 95000 miles on it although the truck on it had 29000 much aggravation stupidity and people not doing their jobs I still have not received my title yet 7 weeks going strong, buyers beware! This dealer is a SALVAGE REPAIR PLACE TO AVOID ESPECIALLY WITH THE LACK OF ATTENTION PROCESSING TITLES and constant praise for them self saying they get a hundred percent satisfaction feedback which is complete BS!! if you think you got a good deal is because you don't know what a good deal is!

BEWARE!!!! This is a lemon lot!!! My odometer had been rolled back, broke down within 1 week of purchase, numerous problems. They put me on hold for over an hour at a time, lied about who they were, illegal charges on contract. Check BBB scores! F! The ad clearly says A+. Notice there is nowhere to write a review on thier website. I lost over $10,000 because I had to purchase another vehicle. STAY FAR AWAY!!!

I sammy watkins, looked so long for a truck and couldn't find one in my price range, luckly after searching I came upon Marcela, a car sales lady who sold me the truck I have today. Marcela is one of the best spokesperson, car sales lady I've every spoken to, she greeted me with much respect and had a smile on her face the entire time. Also she offered snacks, and made, me and my family feel like home and welcomed. She's a keeper! If the world had more people like her in it, then the world would be less chaotic!

Their customer service seemed friendly, except the first thing I was asked was, "Do you have an appointment?". That made me feel like I was intruding. Soon I was told I was not allowed to test drive without pre-approved financing. Guys! Do you actually WANT to sell vehicles?!?! I speculated that was a tactic to get me into their office to get paper work started. Regardless, I don't like tactics and I don't like resistance when I want to drop 23K on a truck. They had a truck that was tops on my list but I left and never thought about returning. A week later I test drove and purchased a truck from another dealership.

Jason was such an amazing sales advisor. he answered my phone call when i called to ask about our camaro that we bought. then he helped us until the day we drove off with it. i highly recommend this dealership and jason. we will definitely buy something again from them.
