I am writing this so maybe I can help someone else avoid frustration and stress and prevent putting you or your family through a bad situation or heartache!!!! Let's just say if I could rate this place a negative 0 infinity I would!!! They start out so nice treating you like family basically like all dealerships do but this next part is where they differ from many other dealerships!!!! When we picked our vehicle they had a few minor flaws they said they would fix before they brought it to us then when we received it nothing fixed then we had to turn around drive an hour back to the dealership and they still didn't fix it properly and then told us it wasn't their problem even though we were promised it would be fixed and detailed before we signed anything then they said it was in their garage getting worked on so we signed stuff and come to find out they fixed nothing!SCAM... SCAM...SCAM!! Then we were told we would get a remote to the dumb gps thing that shuts off your vehicle whenever they feel like and of course we never got that until after having the car for almost a year then they gave us a key that didn't work and they didn't fix that for a week or two! Then on top of that after having the car for about two weeks the brakes started having issues and they refused to fix it they said that it was our fault somehow... then later on I found out they lied about how much we got for a trade-in even on the paperwork because after paying on the vehicle for almost a year we hadn't even put a dent in the payments... then auto gallery and J&j financial split up but still work together and that's when even bigger problems started! They are extremely rude and hardly ever answer their phone whenever you try to speak they cut you off midsentence because they want to hear nothing you have to say and they always think they're right and come to find out a lot of times they don't have their facts straight! And I always talked about my account with them and they didn't like how I got things done and so they made it where I was no longer allowed to speak on the account only my husband could and they didn't ask my husband permission to take me off the account!!! The worst one at these things is the manager of J&j financial she will yell at you over the phone and refused to let you talk and if you do get to talk she cuts you off and if you can't hear or understand something she says she refuses to repeat herself!! And she will make decisions and change things on your account without your permission! And WORST of all she will call you and make threats all because she didn't get her facts straight before calling and yelling at you!!!! So all in all AVOID this place at all costs!!!!!!!

I was in a position to really need a new car and my credit score wasn't great so i almost didn't even stop there. I didn't figure i could get anything on that lot...but i did stop to look and Jason Mendoza got me aproved that day and i went the following morning to bring home my awesome car. They really worked with me. I am so grateful I stopped even against the odds. Thanks Auto Gallery Inc.

Me and my wife had an amazing experience here! We did not feel pressured to buy, and Ashley, the sales lady made sure to explain everything until we absolutely understand it!
