I had a great experience with Kia. I found the car I really wanted and he made it happen. I did not have to settle.

STAY FAR AWAY!

While visiting my sister, my mother purchased a 2020 Kia Soul from Huntsville Kia in June. She paid $1,000 for the vehicle to be transported to Georgia. Shortly after arrival, she heard a pop/shooting sound and the air conditioner started blowing out hot air. She made an appointment at a local Kia dealership. It was discovered that low side a was missing and the ac wiring harness had been duct taped. I called the dealership in Huntsville and received the run around. My calls were being forwarded to voicemails that were full. I kept calling back and the receptionist kept putting me on hold and never getting back to me. I had my mom call from a different number and she was connected with the service department. A lady informed my mom that they would not accept a diagnostic from another Kia dealership, and she would have to return the vehicle herself to have their service department diagnose it. She asked if they would come pick up the car since she paid to have it delivered, but they said no. It is one of the hottest summers on record and they want my 70 year old mother to drive 6 hours in the summer without air conditioning. And why should she considering they are the ones at fault. IF they didn't remove the hose and duct tape the harness, they should have put it through a full inspection before purchasing it from the previous owner. I have contacted corporate Kia, The Better Business Bureau, the major news station in Huntsville, and will continue to write these low reviews until my mother's situation is resolved to her satisfaction. In the meantime, STAY FAR AWAY from University Kia in Huntsville!

Great attitude awesome customer service. First time going, would recommend. they have a nice waiting room and complementary shuttle just in case you have to go somewhere. Now that’s what I call. Awesome customer service.

Happy with my service I received

David was a big help with helping me find a car for my son. He was patient and nice. He gave my son a lot of pointers from being a first time buyer.

Heath Blasingame comes through

I am so please with the service from University Kia. That Service Advisor Heath Blasingame has done it again. (Prior air problems with my Kia Sportage 2016). This time my son’s KIA Optima EX 2015 air conditioner stopped working. Heath was able to get the maintenance team right on it. The repair took less than two weeks. The air conditioner is working properly and we were only out of $100.00 through the extended maintenance warranty when the repair was over $1000.00. Way to go Heath and University KIA!!!

Last July, I purchased a 2022 Kia Seltos from Corey Lewis

Last July, I purchased a 2022 Kia Seltos from Corey Lewis at University Kia. Process went fine. As it was used, I paid $3523 for the additional warranty and I was told that when I traded it in (which I indicated I woul be doing the next year) that this amount would be refunded. I purchased a new 2024 Kia Seltos from Galeana Kia (Fort Myers) on June 20, 2023 - and they provided me with the paper work I needed to give to University Kia in Huntsville to process my refund and assured me it was a fairly simple process. I have called and left messages - I have emailed - I have used the text and chat contact feature - I have contacted the corporate - I have posted on the University Kia and Kia United States FB pages - I have emailed and called Micheal Lucente the sales manager - every day since June 28 and I have not received one call back. This dealership wants you to buy from them, but they REFUSE to provide common customer service by calling customers back. Absolutely unacceptable. Why can't they stand by what they said? Why can't someone call me back?
