This place was by far the best car buying experience I’ve had. From the moment I walked in, everyone was very helpful and friendly, especially Shawn. He walked me through the process patiently, despite my many questions and got me a great deal with everything I wanted within my budget. I could tell right off the bat that he cared about making sure I had the right fit for me even though it was past the end of his shift. They ended up finding the car I wanted in Alexandria but immediately drove it up for me. That’s extraordinary service right there. Overall I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car and excellent customer service.
