Great friendly staff
My salesman was Francis. He was patient and very helpful. Didn't feel pressured to purchase right away. I was able to take my time transfer different cars and pick the one i really wanted. I would highly recommend coming to the laurel easterns.

It was a "Great Experience" until!!!!
I have bought 5 vehicles from "Easterns Automotive Group", and never had a bad experience..."Until now!" Make sure you have a good mechanic check the vehicle before you sign the contract. I bought a vehicle on March 3, 2018 and it broke-down on 6 March 2018. I paid to have the vehicle repaired, because the missing parts to support the front-end of the vehicle, were not covered under the warranty. I have contact my Sales Person, The Sales Manager at the location where I purchased the vehicle. I was told that they would consider giving me something toward the repairs. I am still waiting for a call back. I called Easterns Automotive Group Customer service and explained my situation to several different individuals to include the Customer Service Supervisor..."Still waiting for a call back from anyone in Customer Service.
