Fantastic Experience

Jason Barrow provided an excellent customer service experience during my purchase. The process was virtually seamless and quick! Eastern Motors is a no judgement zone and works with all credit situations. My total time at the dealership was less than 2 hours from the door to driving off the lot. I highly recommend this dealership, and I aslo plan to return in the future.

This is the right place to buy a car.....

Eastern's of Laurel needs about 4 more Jesus Santos's working here. This man does everything, calling the bank, printing paperwork, customer service and answers phone calls......he the best. Jason Barrow was a very nice sales consult and very nice from the time he opened the door for us. They both worked hard to get everything done and the way we wanted.....thanks Jason and Jesus

Outstanding Service

From the time that I walked into the door until I drove out with my car Jesus and Ricky took care of everything! After. totaling my vehicle and needing a new one ASAP this dealership really took care of me!

Excellent Service! See Ricky and Ronzo

Easterns got me financing for my certified 2014 car. See Ricky Kinemore! and finance manager Rozell This is all that I can really say. Ricky was professional and humble with a non-judgmental spirit. Rozell was very forthright and told me exactly what to expect. Excellent service and excellent teamwork from the two of them!. I highly recommend this location to anyone. Very good guy

Our experience at easterns was very nice, we mainly made our decision to come to the store by the good reviews we saw online, and as soon as we arrived it was better than expected. Jonathan was polite and explained the whole procedure.

Great customer service and follow up.

I came in the dealership a couple of months ago, and i was approved for a loan , i was not ready to buy at the time but jonathan stayed in contact with me throughout the whole period.
