Very good guy
Our experience at easterns was very nice, we mainly made our decision to come to the store by the good reviews we saw online, and as soon as we arrived it was better than expected. Jonathan was polite and explained the whole procedure.

Great customer service and follow up.
I came in the dealership a couple of months ago, and i was approved for a loan , i was not ready to buy at the time but jonathan stayed in contact with me throughout the whole period.

I have been able to triple my work load, take my husband to/from work on time without my other car breaking down, and take my daughter for her license in a reliable car! This deal has offered us security again! The service is Epic! Ricky & Rozell go far beyond in the service to the customer. They did not let me down....
Jason did the most amazing job helping my daughter find the perfect SUV. She is expecting her first child and her stress level was high but his patience is higher. The Easterns Laurel team made us feel welcome and part of their family . We weren't rushed into any decisions and everything was as simple and seamless as possible. Jason & Vinny helped us pick out the perfect car that had enough space for our growing family. Thank you Jason, Vinny, and everyone else involved that allows us to have making this such an amazing experience

My daughter is SOOOOOO THANKFUL!
I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. I live in Texas and my daughter recently relocated to Washington, DC. Needless to say as soon as she got out there her Jeep transmission blew out and we were in need of buying a new car. I can say that living in Texas and buying a car in Maryland is not the easiest thing to do especially when my daughter had terrible credit due to terrible choices. Long story short I was lucky enough to make contact with Jason Barrow who made the whole purchase experience easy and most importantly affordable for her. I was able to make a very good deal on a vehicle and make the deal virtually over the phone. I have bought many cars over the years and can honestly say that this was the best experience I have had. From a finance point of view, I dealt with Vinny. Since my daughter needed to build her credit she was listed on the loan. This made financing difficult since she had no credit. Vinny was able to help in securing the credit and pushing the deal through. If not for these two professionals I believe my daughter would be walking or taking the metro. I strongly recommend this dealership and encourage those looking to make a purchase with not the best credit too work with Jason Barrow or Vinny.

Excellent Customer Service
I had an excellent customer experience with Jonathan De La Espada at the Laurel facility. He was extremely helpful and professional and gave me very useful information that helped me work through a somewhat delicate situation. The entire team he brought into the situation was excellent. I would refer them with a lot of enthusiasm to family and friends.
