Car Smart of Memphis

After a long day at many dealerships, I finally found what I wanted in not only the vehicle, but also the salesperson. Marsha was not only friendly and helpful, but also won my dad over on selling the small SUV to him. Loved talking with her and doing business with her. Got a great deal on a Jeep Patriot!

First car for our daughter, 2009 Nissan Altima. We're very happy with the service and honesty of everyone involved and especially grateful to Marsha for keeping in touch with us until the right car came along.

This was my first time buying a car and they really helped in the process. Very nice. I recommend going to Marsha Rios.

Called to view a car and phone service was adequate. Went to view the car and was not approached by anyone working there. No other customers on the lot. Finally after 10 minutes, I walked towards the office and finally someone came up to me. He offered no information regarding the car for sale and I had to ask for all information about the car. It was pretty much a self service car lot with an above price on the car I was looking at. The car was in poor to average condition with a price that was above book and car needed a lot of touch up work. Not sure about the mechanics as I did not have that checked out. The price was the price per the salesman and I was not interested in pursuing I car that was average condition and priced at "mint" condition!

I had a lengthy car shopping process after my truck was totaled and we dealt with multiple dealers. No one from Car Smart called me multiple times a day to pressure me or kept pushing a car on me that I didn't want. The selection was so great that I had about 6 cars to choose from in the make/model I wanted. Marsha was kind enough to stay late to meet us and show us around. After I test drove an older one she didn't try to push a newer more expensive model on me. It was by far the easiest car buying experience ever and I couldn't be happier! I DEFINITELY recommend Car Smart of Memphis!

I have to say carsmart of Memphis really catered to my needs as I was buying from out of town. Mrs.Rios was very helpful in making sure I had plenty of photos of the vehicle and having it checked out for me. She was VERY KIND and super friendly when we arrived which made us feel right at home! Bought my GS300 from Marsha Rios and i couldnt have asked for anything more, its a fantastic car and runs great, awesome prices and the people there were very friendly and helpfull. I would recommend these folks to anyone looking for a great deal on a great car.
