Rudest Dealership!! No Customer Service at all
I never even got to show up on the lot before they had already made my decision for me with buying from them. Called them about a car just to have the sales lady completely talk to me in the most condecending way during the entire conversation. Pretentious does not even being to describe them. I run a $8 million business and would fire someone on my staff in a second for treating a customer the way they do

Honda Element SC purchase - very happy.
A week ago I took a chance and flew to Memphis from New York to buy a car I always wanted, Honda Element SC. I explained to Bo Brigs and Marsha Rios that I will have to drive back about 1050 miles and hoped for a fair disclosure of anything that needed to be fixed and the process. Bo was kind enough to contact his friend Darrel who met me at the airport. Both Marsha and Bo were professional, open and actually curious that I came all the way to buy a car from them. I went to the Honda dealership to change oil and do some checks. We closed the transaction very quickly. It took me 23 hours to drive back to New York. I went thru snow storm in Virginia. It was not an easy drive. But, I am very happy with the purchase. You definitely need to check any car before you buy it. I did request the 40 point inspection at the Honda dealership before flying in. There are always small things that can be done better, but I do believe that Bo, Marsha, and Darrel did a great job. Overpriced rust buckets & dealers that won't deal
These guys have a marketing strategy of buying pieces of junk that look nice on the internet just to attract you on the lot. After finding only ONE out of the FIVE cars I test drove from their lot that did not have a major mechanical problem (and I am not that mechanical !) - I decided to get the car inspected by a reputable dealer. After discovering $1k-$1.5k worth of repairs needed, getting a dealer recommended price, and the Kelly Blue Book value of the car - the dealer would not budge and wanted to price the car 20% ABOVE Kelly Blue Book. Forget these amateurs! If you are "car smart" about getting a deal, don't even waste your time here.

Poor mechanical condition
Let's start by saying I purchased my car from Car Smart 8 months ago and today it is in the shop for the third time and will likely have cost me over $6,000 since I bought it. They have no kind of inspections done on their vehicles and can in no way offer any kind of guarantee of quality. If lemon laws could be enforced, I would have had these people in court.

Serious Buyer's Remorse
I am like another reviewer in that if I could give Carsmart of Memphis a ZERO, I would. I feel like we got ripped off in every way possible; There were so many things about the minivan that we purchased that have gone wrong...lots of leaks, missing DVD player (was told it was stolen out of the vehicle, which means it wasn't even tested before listing it for sale), etc. Thank GOD we purchased the warranty; otherwise we'd be up the creek. I would love to get our trade-in back!!!!!
