Car Smart of Memphis

I just purchased a BMW from Rodney at carsmart. He provided good customer service without using high pressure sale techniques. He seemed honest and like the cars he sells are in good condition. It was a very smooth and stress free transaction.

I was blown away by the deal I got on the car, especially after the accident I had. I made 3500.00 more than I paid for the car. Just got another one from them. Stacey and Bo are great.

If I could give this dealer a zero I would. I live about 2 hours away from this dealership. I called them to let them know that I was coming to look at a car. They say great. I show up to look at the car and they are in the process of selling to someone else (had the paperwork drawn up). I told the dealer that I would have appreciated a phone call if he wasn't going to wait on me to get there. He said he didn't know what I was talking about and that he just happen to have the same name as the person I talked to on the phone. Are you effin kidding me? I wished that's where the story stopped, but unfortunately it's not. The dealer called me about a half hour later and asked me when I was coming to look at the car. I said NEVER. He said why? I said because you sold the car to someone else and I wasted my time driving to your dealership. He said no, and that he didn't know what I was talking about. To make a long story short, I went back to the dealership and purchased the car. I WISH I HADN'T. The car was a piece of JUNK. It had transmission and oil problems from day one. I almost had to get a wrecker just to get it out of Memphis. I will never go to this dealership again, nor would I advise anyone else to. The salesmen are incompetent and rude and the cars they sell are junk. Do not go to this place. They don't stand behind their cars in any shape, way, form, or fasion. I finally sold the piece of junk that I got from this place and it was the best day of my life.
