Had great service getting my new Trail Blazers LT 2023 June 10

Just because you made an appointment, doesn't guarantee

Just because you made an appointment, doesn't guarantee they'll even look at your vehicle that day.... Made an appointment for 10/17/22, and by 4:30 pm I didn't even receive a call from the service advisor on vehicle status. Called them and found out they hadn't even looked at it!! This is poor customer service... Called the service manager who advised me it's common practice to have vehicles "in que" a couple days before service.... SUGGESTION: Extend the appointments out further, so the customer won't have such a long wait time... Have your service advisor call the customer & advise on status more frequently.

Calling Corporate Office. I am going to call CBS.

I bought a car from them in March 2022. Transmission went out on me in September. They are crooks!! Please do not buy there cars.

unless you are here to reimburse me for 2 weeks of car rental and 416 dollars i paid to get the engine tuned so it would run. Not sure you have anything to say I want to hear.

Will not be back

My daughter took her car in to have it serviced because it was making a clicking noise and losing power as it would not accelerate. She left it with them while she went out of town for 2 1/2 weeks. When she got back she called to pick it up and they said they wanted to keep it and run some more tests. They ended up saying they found nothing wrong changed the oil and gave it back to her. This past weekend after picking it up she headed to Arkansas and less than 2 hours after leaving home her car completely shut down on the interstate. She had to sit on the road in the dark in the heat by herself before anyone could get to her. We were 3 hours west of her. A friend came and picked her up from Jackson. When I called Serra and told them this Saturday they said whatever happened it happened after she left the dealership because they had state of the art equipment and found nothing. It is less than 2 hours of driving and it happened again. So their equipment is either defective or they didn't really check anything. Needless to say we had the car towed to Memphis, We are pretty sure its the alternator and they should have found that out if it is. I will never use them again. My daughter's safety was at risk because of them.

I was in Serra of Jackson and test drove a fully loaded

I was in Serra of Jackson and test drove a fully loaded Buick Envision 2022. After going through their financing I was quoted a $965.00 a month for financing this! It was hire than my monthly mortgage, and would have been the 3rd vehicle I would have purchased through them. Needless to say, I went to Robinson Toyota in Jackson, TN and Ms. Tina Jones, Sales Professional, had the same fully loaded Buick Envision with half the monthly amount of financing that Serra of Jackson offered me. Tina and Robinson Toyota treated me with dignity and respect, that was 100% over how I was treated at Serra of Jackson, TN. I would highly recommend anyone in the Jackson, TN area, visit Toyota Robinson as they do roll out the red carpet for every customer.

I have been looking for a specific 2021 GMC Sierra Denali...

I have been looking for a specific 2021 GMC Sierra Denali for quite some time, The availability has been restricted due to a computer chip manufacturer's facility destruction by fire earlier this year. A problem with my existing vehicle is what brought me into the dealership (see my Donnie Hatcher review). I was heading home from a disappointing experience I had in Brownsville, when I decided to stop at Serra Chevrolet in Jackson and get my truck looked at. As I was speaking with Stephen Woods (a Service Agent) The Service Manager walked up and said he would look at the vehicle. He got in assessed the problem and and had an appointment scheduled for two weeks later - an unusual approach to customer service! I walked away so impressed with the way my issue was handled that I decided to speak to a Sales Representative about a vehicle that peaked my curiosity. As I entered the showroom I was greeted by the receptionist/hostess. I explained that I wanted some information about a 2021 GMC Sierra Denali, knowing the computer chip issue had caused a delivery delay for many car manufactures. Not seeing an available Sales Rep, who was not already with other customers, she disappeared looking for me some help. When she returned, she said that Jonathan Ulderich (aka :Bow Tie" would be right with me - and he was! As I described my dream vehicle, he advised that he thought he had one "in the back" further explaining that it had arrived last night and was still wrapped in plastic. Sure enough, the Denali soon arrived outside and we began our look-see. The truck was the color I wanted, had most of the appointments I was hoping for right down to the interior. It was as if someone had read my thoughts. The only deviation, it had a 6.2 V-8 and I wanted a 5.3 v-8. So I said lets go talk. BO (Bow Tie) did not pressure me during our negotiations, the experience was very amicable - a rerity in the care sales industry Everyone involved in the transaction went out of their way to ensure the sale went smoothly. A GREAT dealership to do business with.

ATTENTION! I brought a 2012 Infiniti QX56 used I knew it wasn’t a new vehicle sold as is but it stopped working after 1 1/2. This company is well known in the community but is ripping hard working ppl off. Come to find out the vehicle needs a whole new motor. Didn’t get to drive the vehicle nothing but 4 days out of having it almost 3 months. DO NOT purchase a used vehicle here. They are rip offs
