Disappointing contact

Dealership listed an 04 Buick Lesabre for sale in early April 2021. I contacted them via Cars.com and then directly through an internet sales representative. The vehicle had been posted absent any pictures and, initially, without a price. I inquired of the representative if they could forward pictures of the car and asked what the mechanical condition of the car was like. I was sent stock photographs of what a Lesabre looked like (diff color than the listed vehicle) and questions about the mechanical condition were ignored. I dropped the conversation then received a "Thank You" for having come by the dealership to look at the car --- hadn't set foot on their lot at that point. Then I received a "hope we've answered all of your questions" email, from the same internet rep I was intitially dealing with. I then sent a reply to her and her sales mgr, reviewing the contact history to that point. I never hear back from the sales mgr (not even a perfunctory "We're sorry"), but I do from the internet representative. Her response: We've answered all of your questions. Whatever... Glad I found out what I needed to know about this business and, fortunately, all it cost me was time at the keyboard.

Always very nice to do business until I needed service...

Always very nice to do business until I needed service department on brand new vehicle. Service adviser, Danny Palazza, is evidently to important to return calls about service on vehicle to a long time customer of theirs!!

I was there to purchase a 2006 Jeep Liberty with C

Test driving and them discounting $200 because of noise under right side tire. Comes back no taillights. Going to auction. It's back up for sale.

Philip Dunn impossible to contact

Found the car I wanted online, called and spoke to him as soon as the dealer opened. He told me he’d call me back within a few minutes. Several hours later I decided to call him, no answer simply a text back to me. Messaged him again and no reply. I called the following morning to find out car was just being sold this morning. Not a good way of doing business.

Collision center is horrible

It took a month for me to get my car back and I was given several different dates. No alignment, window tint chipping and awful detail job

Trying to purchase a used car

I asked for an out the door price on a vehicle I was looking into. The email said and I quote “ you can buy it for $$$$ out the door and we can deliver it to you for $$$”. I liked the deal and the numbers they gave me. So I put a deposit down for them to hold the car. Went through the whole process of getting a loan at State Farm.. long story short... I was approved and State Farm gave me a check( only for the amount that I was financing & after I signed my life away) , I then went to my bank to get a certified check for my down payment. Before I got in the bank, I called my sales people(because at this point I was working with 2 people) to double check to make sure I was pulling out the right amount of money. He tells me that I’m not and sends me an amount almost $2,000 above the out the door price. I sent him the email back with the out the door price they gave me. He and their finance manager claims that the price they sent me did not include taxes. What exactly does out the door price mean then?? Needless to say after talking with the general manager trying to get him to honor the origianl price they gave me; I went back to State Farm cancelled my loan and told them to shove the car up there a$$. I will take my business else where. They don’t even deserve one star.
