Mini Cooper Countryman purchase

It took a little while before someone came up to us and asked us if he could help us. Once that happened, it was a five star experience. We tried a few Mini?s and all of our questions at that point were answered. Our sales person was very knowledgeable about the car. We were treated very well.

Surprisingly Good Price.

When I called to get my battery changed, I expected the price to be very high and, as quoted over the phone, it was! But circumstances forced me into it. However, when I arrived at Hendrick Mini, I was happy to learn from the counter it would be a much more competitive price (about $200 less than I was told on the phone). If I had known that price from the start, I would not have hesitated to have the work done at the dealership.

Mini service at Hendricks

The service was very professional and organized for efficient processing. My service staff member Trey kept me up to date through the whole process and check out was done online prior to pick up. Couldn?t have been more polite and cooperative whatever the issue.

Great staff, helpful, responsive and easy to work with. Provided recommendations and choices for me to make informed decisions. Zac N. was my service advisor and was super helpful and gave me great advice when I had to prioritize repairs. Okay service experience with MINi Cooper.

It was just okay experience. It?s very obvious the problem we had with turn signal was due to a broken part. I wish they could have just told us up front it would cost $1500 to fix the turn signal instead of charging us $95 to hook up to the computer then fing bother wrong and tell us it?s broken part, if we?d like to spend $1500 to get it fixed.

Hendricks mini Charlotte NC

Car serviced. $972 charged. Drove it off lot- warning light came on. I notified mini. I was told to bring it in. I did on a Saturday and was told I would be notified of repairs and timeframes. Never heard from them. My car sat all weekend without repair (was still drivable and I was without a loaner) I called Monday expecting a pickup time only to be told the replacement equipment (from the initial repair) was faulty and they ordered a new part because there were none in stock. Was told that it would take 2-3 days for the part to arrive and I would be called to bring my car back to be properly fixed. That was 8 days ago. They have never reached out to me. They were very quick to swipe my credit card but I have not had my car properly fixed. This has been going on a total of about 2-2.5 weeks. I have completely lost trust in Hendricks Mini. I have used them for 10 years and my last two experiences have been poor.

Scheduled maintenance at Hendricks Mini

Hendrick Mini Service is very good and they always communicate the details well. Completes the task in time, are always courteous and does some cleaning/washing of Car.
