I purchased my MINI from Hendrick MINI and had nothing

I purchased my MINI from Hendrick MINI and had nothing but a great experience. This week I had my first oil change. It went seamlessly. There happened to be a recall under warranty at this same time. When I made the appt I requested a loaner vehicle and it was a very easy process. I dropped my car off, got a brand new 2025 loaner (which was beautiful and I was super excited to drive the new model). I didn?t have to pay a thing. No hidden deposits or ?we need your credit card on file?. Two days later I picked up my car. They even washed my car before giving it back. Nothing but amazing things to say about the service department.

Hendrick across all brands the represent is the best of the best. Use of technology is outstanding and user friendly. I would not buy a car if it didn't come from a Hendrick dealer !

The service department does great work however I brought

The service department does great work however I brought my car in because the drivetrain malfunction light came on after I just had my core pack replaced. Instead of focusing on the problem they billed me for diagnostics and another issue that didn?t happen until after I brought my car in to replace the core pack.

Another good experience at Hendrix Mini Cooper. Since purchasing my 2016 Mini Countryman, Hendrix Mini is the only place my car has been to be serviced. My last experience was another awesome experience. Craig Eves was most patient, professional and knowledgeable. As you know, an organization or company is only as good as its staff. Mr. Eves is a great asset to the company. Thanks for your professionalism!!!

Brought in Mini Cooper to fix a problem under warranty.

Brought in Mini Cooper to fix a problem under warranty. The problem was never fixed so we brought it back. They confirmed it is the same problem but said we have to pay for it to be fixed this time. Service department obviously does not know what they are doing. Also, not looking for another conversation about how you can sell us another car. We are looking for accountability. We have not heard from them to this day.
