Really solid service department.

Really solid service department. They?re extremely helpful. I like getting a video of the issues so that I can review them. I also like being able to interact with my advisor via text.

From start to finish, Brian was excellent.

From start to finish, Brian was excellent. He never pressured but just provided solid answers to my questions. My final question was ?Do you own a Mini?? He responded, yes, we all do?they are fabulous vehicles. That said volumes to mean. Further, Brian was just easy to talk to, offered his cell phone number for any additional questions, and just a wealth of information. We would purchase another car from Brian in the future, including BMW(s) which we also love! I would rate Brian a 10 out of 10 if I could. He is an asset to the Hendrick dealership!

I was not pleased when my check engine light came on

I was not pleased when my check engine light came on after my car had been in the mini shop for several weeks and I was only back in it for a couple of weeks. I took the car in and they found there was a problem, but it was covered under extended warranty and the repairs were covered. This was good since I was still paying on the repairs that had taken place a couple of weeks before.
